Q.1-5. Study the following information carefully and answer the questions given below-

Following are the condition for selecting Manager -- Human Resource (HR) in an organisation. The candidate must -

(I) be atleast 25 years and not more than 30 years as on 1/5/2011.

(II) be a graduate in any discipline with atleast 55% marks.

(III) have completed post graduate degree /diploma in HR -Management with atleast 60% marks.

(IV) have post qualification work experience of atleast three years in the HR division in an organisation.

(V) have secured atleast 45% marks in the selection process.

In the case of a candidate who satisfies all the conditions EXCEPT-

(A) at (II) above but has secured atleast 65% marks in post graduation degree/diploma in HR-management the case is to be referred to GM-HR.

(B) at (IV) above but has post qualification work experience of atleast one year as Deputy HR manager in an organisation, the case is to be referred CGM -HR.
