वरिष्ठ राजनयिक नवदीप सिंह सूरी को संयुक्त अरब अमीरात में राजदूत नियुक्त किया गया। यूएई रणनीतिक रूप से महत्वपूर्ण देश है जो भारत के लिए तेल की आपूर्ति करने वाला बड़ा निर्यातक है और वहां करीब 26 लाख भारतीय मूल के लोग रहते हैं।

Senior diplomat Navdeep Singh Suri was appointed Ambassador to United Arab Emirates, a strategically important nation country which is major supplier of oil to India and is home to around 2.6 million-strong Indians.
