पूर्वोत्तर परिषद ने कपड़ा मंत्रालय के साथ समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए
पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र में बांस और बेंत उद्योग में छिपी संभावनाओं का दोहन करने के लिए पूर्वोत्तर परिषद (एनईसी) और विकास आयुक्त (हस्तशिल्प), कपड़ा मंत्रालय ने शिलांग में एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए। ज्ञापन पर पूर्वोत्तर परिषद (एनईसी) सचिव श्री राम मुईवा और विकास आयुक्त (हस्तशिल्प) श्री आलोक कुमार ने हस्ताक्षर किए।
NEC and Ministry of Textiles sign MoU
The North Eastern Council (NEC) and the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Ministry of Textiles signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Shillong, to harness the hidden potential of Cane and Bamboo of North Eastern Region. The MoU was signedby the Secretary,NEC Shri Ram Muivah and Development Commissioner(Handicrafts) Shri Alok Kumar.

दुष्यंत चौटाला की अध्यक्षता में भारतीय टेबल टेनिस महासंघ के नये पदाधिकारी आमसभा की सालाना बैठक में निर्विरोध चुने गए ।
चौटाला महासंघ के सबसे युवा अध्यक्ष हैं जिन्हें चार बरस के लिये चुना गया है । चुनाव के लिये भारतीय ओलंपिक संघ के कुलदीप वत्स और खेल मंत्रालय के अश्विनी कुमार पर्यवेक्षक थे ।
Dushyant Chautala is new TTFI president
A new set of office-bearers, led by president Dushyant Chautala, took charge of affairs at the Table Tennis Federation of India (TTFI) following the Annual General Body meeting where they were elected unopposed.
Chautala, incidentally, is the youngest president of the apex body and his term and that of others, which is for four years. Kuldip Vats, representing Indian Olympic Association and Ashwani Kumar, representing the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports from the Sports Authority of India, were observers.
