राज चेंगप्पा को फिर से चुना गया एडिटर्स गिल्ड का अध्यक्ष
वरिष्ठ पत्रकार राज चेंगप्पा को एक बार फिर एडिटर्स गिल्ड ऑफ इंडिया का अध्यक्ष चुना गया है।
गिल्ड की वाषिर्क आम सभा में राज चेंगप्पा को एक बार फिर इसके अध्यक्ष के तौर पर चुना गया। वहीं प्रकाश दुबे को महासचिव के तौर पर चुना गया।
Raj Chengappa re-elected President of Editors' Guild
Senior journalist Raj Chengappa has been re-elected as the President of the Editors' Guild of India.
At the Annual General meeting of the Guild Raj Chengappa was unanimously re-elected as its President and Prakash Dubey as General Secretary.

1 अप्रैल से 2 लाख रुपये से अधिक के आभूषण खरीदने पर देना होगा एक प्रतिशत टीसीएस
आगामी एक अप्रैल से दो लाख रुपये से अधिक के आभूषणों की खरीद पर एक प्रतिशत का स्रोत पर कर यानी टीसीएस देना होगा। अभी तक इसकी मौजूदा सीमा 5 लाख रुपये है।
वित्त विधेयक 2017 पारित होने के बाद आभूषण भी सामान्य वस्तुओं की श्रेणी में आ जाएंगे जिनपर दो लाख रुपये से अधिक की खरीद पर एक प्रतिशत टीसीएस देना होता है।
Buying jewellery over Rs 2 lakh cash to attract 1% TCS from April 1
Cash purchases of jewellery will attract 1 per cent TCS (tax collected at source) from April 1 if the amount exceeds Rs 2 lakh, as against the current threshold of Rs 5 lakh.
Once the Finance Bill 2017 is passed, jewellery will be treated on par with general goods which attract 1 per cent TCS on cash purchase of above Rs 2 lakh.

Former Chief Justice of India Altamas Kabir passed away after prolonged illness.
Kabir, 68, was appointed the 39th Chief Justice of India on September 29, 2012, a post he held for 292 days, before his retirement on July 19, 2013.

भारत के पूर्व मुख्य न्यायाधीश अल्तमस कबीर लंबी बीमारी के बाद निधन हो गया।
68 वर्षीय कबीर को 29 सितंबर 2012 में भारत का 39वां प्रधान न्यायाधीश नियुक्त किया गया था। वह 19 जुलाई 2013 में सेवानिवृत होने से पहले 292 दिनों तक इस पद पर रहे।

The Indian Women's team won a silver at the Asian Rugby Sevens Trophy tournament at Vientiane, Laos. A total of seven countries from across Asia, including Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, India and hosts Laos vied for top honours in the tournament.
