अमेरिका के कंसास राज्य ने 16 मार्च को भारतीय-अमेरिकी प्रशंसा दिवस के रूप में मान्यता दी है, जिसका मकसद पिछले माह घृणा अपराध में मारे गए भारतीय नागरिक श्रीनिवास कुचिभोटला को सम्मान देना है।
कुचिभोटला :32: की एक पूर्व नौसैनिक ने 22 फरवरी को गोली मार कर हत्या कर दी थी इस घटना में कुचिभोटला का मित्र आलोक मदसानी और बीच बचाव करने आए अमेरिकी नागरिक इयान ग्रिलोट घायल हो गए थे।
Kansas recognises March 16 as Indian-American Appreciation Day
The U.S. state of Kansas has recognised March 16 as ‘Indian-American Appreciation Day’ to honour an Indian techie who was killed last month in a racially-motivated hate crime.
Srinivas Kuchibhotla (32) was killed when 51-year-old U.S. Navy veteran Adam Purinton opened fire at him and his friend Alok Madasani at a bar in Olathe on February 22 before yelling “get out of my country.”

आस्ट्रेलियाई संस्थान, भारतीय रेल में समझौता
रेलवे पर अनुसंधान करने वाले आस्ट्रेलिया के एक संस्थान ने भारतीय रेल के साथ भारत में बुनियादी ढांचे की दृष्टि से महत्वपूर्ण रेलवे प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र में अनुसंधान और विकास कार्यों के लिए सहयोग का करार किया है।
मोनाश यूनिवर्सिटी इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ रेलवे टेक्नोलॉजी (आईआरटी) और भारत के रेल मंत्रालय की कंपनी डेडिकेटेड फ्रेट कॉरिडोर कारपोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया लि (डीएफसीसीआईएल) के बीच यह समझौता नयी दिल्ली में किया गया।
Australia research centre enters into agreement with Indian railways
A Railway research centre in Australiahas entered into an agreement with the Indian Railways to support future research and technology development related to critical infrastructure in India.
Representatives from Monash University Institute of Railway Technology (IRT) and Indian Ministry of Railways corporation DFCCIL (Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited) signed an agreement in New Delhi.
