US submarine has arrived in South Korea, amid worries of another North Korean missile or nuclear test.
The missile-armed USS Michigan is set to join an incoming group of warships led by aircraft carrier Carl Vinson. It has previously marked similar occasions with missile tests.
उत्तर कोरिया के परमाणु परीक्षण से चिंतित अमरीकी पनडुब्बी दक्षिण कोरिया पहुंची
उत्तर कोरिया के एक और मिसाइल तथा परमाणु परीक्षण की आशंका को देखते हुए अमरीका की पनडुब्बी दक्षिण कोरिया पहुंच गयी है।
मिसाइल और अन्य हथियारों से लैस यूएसएस मिसिगन नाम की यह पनडुब्बी लड़ाकू विमान कार्ल विन्सन के नेतृत्व में युद्धक बेड़े में शामिल होगी। उत्तर कोरिया ने इससे पहले भी कई मिसाइल परीक्षण किए हैं।
NASA's Super Pressure Balloon successfully launched
NASA successfully launched its football-stadium-sized, super pressure balloon from New Zealand, that will help detect cosmic rays from beyond our galaxy as they penetrate the Earth's atmosphere.
The mission will run for 100 or more days floating at 33.5 km in the southern hemisphere's mid-latitude band.
सफलतापूर्वक प्रक्षेपित हुआ नासा का सुपर प्रेशर बलून
नासा ने फुटबॉल स्टेडियम के आकार के सुपर प्रेशर बलून को न्यूजीलैंड से सफलतापूर्वक प्रक्षेपित कर दिया है। यह गुब्बारा हमारे तारामंडल के परे से आने वाली कॉस्मिक किरणों के पृथ्वी के वातावरण में प्रवेश करते ही उनका पता लगाने में मदद करेगा।
यह मिशन 100 या उससे अधिक दिनों तक चलेगा। यह गुब्बारा दक्षिणी गोलार्ध में 33.5 किमी की उंचाई पर रहेगा।
