Q.1-10. Read each sentence given below and find out whether there is an error in it. The error if any will be one of the parts of the sentence which are marked as 1,2,3 and 4. If there is no error, the answer will be (5) i.e. No error. (Ignore the errors of punctuation, if any)

ANSWERS WITH EXPLANATION

1. (2) ‘Difficulty’ should replace ‘difficult’- a noun is to be used.

2. (3) ‘Of’ should replace ‘to’- ‘making someone aware of something’ is used.

3. (3) ‘Serious’ should replace ‘seriously’- An adjective is required to qualify noun ‘trouble’

4. (4) ‘Because of’ should be used to explain the ‘reason’

5. (1) ‘Targeted’ should replace ‘target’- which would function as an adjective.
