length of rectangle = (x+5) cm

breadth of rectangle = (x-3)cm

(x+5) (x-3) = x2

x2-5x -3x - 15 = x2

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(x+5+x–3) = 2(2x + 2)

= 2(15 + 2) = 34 cm

7.) A takes twice the time in completing a piece of work than B and C takes thrice as B. If they complete all work together in 18 days, In how many days A alone can do the work?
