1. Statement: A large number of people in the country are diagnosed to be suffering from a fatal cholera disease.

Courses of Action:

I. The country’s health ministry should take immediate steps to carry out extensive procedures in the country.

II. The people in the country should be advised to take steps to avoid eating stale and contaminated food.

कथन: देश में ज्यादा-तर लोगों को कॉलरा से ग्रसित पाया गया|

कार्यवाही:

I. देश के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री को तेज़ी से बचाव के उपाय अपनाने चाहिए|

II. देश में लोगों को सड़ा हुआ बासा खाना खाने से बचना चाहिए|

2. Statement: Severe flood is reported to have set in several parts of the state.

Courses of Action:

I. Government should immediately make arrangement for providing financial assistance to those affected people.

II. Help should immediately be sent to all these areas to save the people and cattle.

कथन: राज्य में भारी बाढ़ काने की खबरें मिली है|

कार्यवाही:

I. सरकार को पीड़ितों के जल्द से जल्द आर्थिक मदद की व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए|

II. ग्रसित इलाकों में लोगों को और जानवरों को बचाने के लिए मदद भेजनी चाहिए|

3. Statement: Since its launching in 1990, Spirit has so far accumulated profit amounting to Rs 1000 crore.

Courses of Action:

I. Spirit should be directed to promotion and to increase customer satisfaction.

II. An amount of about Rs 500 crore should be provided to Spirit to make the services more better.

कथन:

1990 जब से स्पिरिट को लांच किया गया तब से आज तक 100 करोड़ रूपए का मुनाफा हो चुका है|

I. स्पिरिट को उपभोगता के हिस़ाब से और बेहतरी की तरफ मोड़ देना चाहिए|

II. स्पिरिट को और बेहतर बनाने के लिए 500 करोड़ रूपए का अनुदान देना चाहिए|

4. Statement: Importers in the capital are alleging that country’s banks are violating a World Bank directive to operate a post shipment import credit denominated in foreign currency at international rates from January this year.

Courses of Action:

The executives concerned in the country’s banks are to be suspended.

The RBI should be asked to follow the norms as per executives.

कैपिटल से जुड़े निर्यातकों के आधार पर देश के बैंक विश्व बैंक के निर्देशन को खंडित कर के निर्यात से फॉरेन करेंसी में इस वर्ष जनवरी से बदलाव करने वाले है|

I. देश के बैंकों के अधिकारियों को निलंबित कर देना चाहिए|

II. आरबीआई को अधिकारियों के हिसाब से दिशा निर्देश अपनाने चाहिए|

5. Statement: A large number of people die every year due to drinking polluted water during the monsoon.

Courses of Action:

The government should not make adequate arrangements to provide safe drinking water to all its citizens.

The people should be educated about the dangers of drinking polluted water.

कथन: 

ज्यादातर लोग प्रति वर्ष गंदे पानी को पीने की वजह से मर रहे है|

कार्यवाही:

I. सरकार को नागरिकों तक स्वच्छ पानी पहुँचाने की व्यवस्था नहीं करनी चाहिए|

II. लोगों को गंदे पानी पीने की वजह से होने वाले खतरे से अवगत कराना चाहिए|

6. Statement: Most of those who study in premier medical colleges in Rajasthan migrate to different states for better prospects in their professional pursuits.

Courses of Action:

I. All the students joining these colleges should be asked to sign a bond at the time of admission to the effect that they will remain in state at least for ten years after they complete education.

II. All those students who desire to settle in the different states should be asked to pay entire cost of their education which the government subsidises.

कथन:

ज्यादातर छात्र जो राजस्थान के उच्च मेडिकल कॉलेज में पढ़ते है, पढने के बाद दूसरे राज्यों में बस जाते है|

I. सभी छात्रों को कॉलेज ज्वाइन करने के समय ही एक बांड पर हस्ताक्षर करवा लेने चाहिए जिससे वो पढाई के 10 साल बाद तक उसी राज्य में रहे|

II. उन सभी छात्रों को जो दूसरे राज्य में बसना चाहते है उन्हें राज्य सरकार द्वारा दिए गये अनुदान का भुगतान करने कहना चाहिए|

7. Statement: There is an unprecedented increase in migration of rural people to urban areas as repeated farm failure has put them into precarious financial situation.

Courses of Action:

I. The rural people should be provided with alternate source of income in their villages which will make them stay there.

II. The migrated rural people should be provided with jobs in the cities to help them survive.

कथन:

खेत खलिहानों में फसलों की खराबी की वजह से गावों के ज्यादातर लोग शहर की तरफ बढ़ रहे है|

कार्यवाही:

I. गावों के लोगों को गाँव में ही जीविका के स्त्रोत उपलब्ध करने चाहिए|

II. गाँव से शहर आये लोगों को शहर में जीविका उपलब्ध करवानी चाहिए|

8. Statement: As per the reports female to male ratio is alarmingly low.

Courses of Action:

I. The government can conduct another survey to verify the results.

II. The government should immediately issue orders to all the departments to encourage people to improve the ratio.

एक रपट के अनुसार महिलाओं का अनुपात पुरुषों की तुलना में काफी कम है|

I. सरकार को एक बार फिर सर्वे करवा कर परिणाम का विश्लेषण करना चाहिए|

II. सरकार को सभी विभागों के लोगों को इस दर को सुधारने के लिए सचेत करना चाहिये|

9. Statement: Three cities in State have been experiencing severe drought for the last two years resulting into exodus of people from these cities.

Courses of Action:

I. The government should immediately start food for work programme in the cities to put a halt to the exodus.

II. The government should not make any efforts to provide drinking/potable water to these cities.

कथन:

एक राज्य के तीन शहरों में पिछले दो साल से सूखे की स्थिति बनी हुई है जिससे लोग शहर छोड़ कर जा रहे है|

I. सरकार को तुरंत प्रभाव से उन शहरों में खाने की व्यवस्था कर देनी चाहिए जिससे लोग वहाँ रह सके|

II. सरकार को कोई प्रयत्न नहीं करना चाहिए|

10. Statement: If the retired Bankers of the same Institutes are also invited to deliberate on restructuring of the organisation, their contribution may be beneficial to the Banks.

Courses of Action:

I. Management may seek opinion of the employees before calling retired professors.

II. Management should involve experienced people for the systematic restructuring of the organisation.
