1. NSE, LSE sign pact for dual listing of masala bonds
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) signed an agreement with the London Stock Exchange group to enable a dual listing of masala bonds and forex bonds by domestic issuers and also to explore launching Elite, LSE’s business support and capital raising programme for SMEs here next year.

नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज (एनएसई) ने भारतीय कंपनियों द्वारा जारी किए जाने वाले मसाला बांड तथा विदेशी मुद्रा बांड की दोनों एक्सचेंजों में सूचीबद्धता की व्यवस्था बनाने के लिए लंदन स्टॉक एक्सचेंज ग्रुप के साथ अनुबंध पर हस्ताक्षर किया है।
2. India's junior paddlers bag 2 silver, 3 bronze in Serbia
India's young paddlers extended their purple patch on the international stage, clinching two silver and three bronze medals in the 2018 Serbian Junior and Cadet Open.
Deepit Patil-Anukram Jain and Radhapriya Goel-Anusha Kutumbale emerged as the stars, winning the silver medals in the junior boys' doubles and the junior girls' doubles categories respectively.

3. 'Village Rockstars' is India's official entry to Oscars 2019
Rima Das' National Award-winning Assamese feature "Village Rockstars" has been chosen to represent India in the Best Foreign Language category at the 91st Academy Awards next year, the Film Federation of India (FFI) announced Saturday.
The film follows Dhunu, a girl who grows up in poverty and learns to fend for herself.

रीमा दास की राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार विजेता फिल्म ‘विलेज रॉकस्टार्स’ को अगले साल दिये जाने वाले 91वें अकादमी पुरस्कारों में विदेशी भाषा की सर्वश्रेष्ठ फिल्म की श्रेणी में भारत का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिये चुना गया है।
फिल्म फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया (एफएफआई) ने इसकी घोषणा की।
4. Jharkhand govt signs pact with NIC for Ayushman Bharat scheme
The Jharkhand government signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with National Insurance Company Ltd to provide medical facilities to the people of the state under the Centre's flagship health scheme - Ayushman Bharat Yojana.
The scheme will be launched nationally by Prime Minister Narendra Modi from Ranchi on September 23.

झारखंड सरकार ने केंद्र की स्वास्थ्य योजना - आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत राज्य के लोगों को चिकित्सा सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के लिए नेशनल इंश्योरेंस कंपनी लिमिटेड के साथ एक सहमति पत्र पर हस्ताक्षर किये।
यह योजना 23 सितंबर को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा रांची में राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर शुरु की जाएगी।
5. Fitch ups India's growth forecast to 7.8% for FY19
Fitch Ratings upped India's growth forecast for the current fiscal to 7.8 percent, from 7.4 percent projected earlier. In its Global Economic Outlook, Fitch, however, flagged tightening of financial conditions, rising oil bill and weak bank balance sheets as headwinds to growth.

वैश्विक रेटिंग एजेंसी फिच ने चालू वित्त वर्ष के लिए भारत की आर्थिक वृद्धि दर के पूर्वानुमान को पहले के 7.4 प्रतिशत से बढ़ाकर 7.8 प्रतिशत कर दिया।
फिच रेटिंग्स ने अपनी ‘ग्लोबल इकोनॉमिक आउटलुक’ (वैश्विक आर्थिक परिदृश्य) शीर्षक ताजा रपट में वित्तीय स्थिति के तंग होने, तेल आयात बिल बढ़ने और बैंकों के कमजोर बैलेस-शीट को भारत की वृद्धि के रास्ते की चुनौतियों में गिना है।
