1- UAE President bestows First Class Order of Zayed II award to Navdeep Singh Suri
UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has bestowed the First Class Order of Zayed II award to the Ambassador, Navdeep Singh Suri. The award is given in recognition of his contribution to the development and strengthening of friendly relations and co-operation between the two countries. It is a rare honour given to any diplomat.
UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan presented the Order to the Ambassador in Abu Dhabi.

यूएई के राष्ट्रपति शेख खलीफा बिन जायद अल नाहयान ने राजदूत द्वितीय नवदीप सिंह सूरी को फर्स्ट क्लास ऑर्डर ऑफ जायद द्वितीय पुरस्कार प्रदान किया। यह पुरस्कार दोनों देशों के बीच मैत्रीपूर्ण संबंधों के विकास और मजबूती में उनके योगदान को मान्यता देने के लिए दिया जाता है। यह किसी भी राजनयिक को दिया जाने वाला एक दुर्लभ सम्मान है।
यूएई के विदेश मामलों के मंत्री शेख अब्दुल्ला बिन जायद अल नाहयान ने अबू धाबी में राजदूत को इस पुरुस्कार से सम्मानित किया।
2- Himachal Pradesh visions clean future: launches program to deploy 28 MW of Solar Projects
With a vision to have a clean environment, the Himachal Pradesh agency for renewable energy, Himurja has announced its new program that seeks to deploy 28 MW solar energy projects in the state. The state has invited proposals from local entrepreneurs for setting up of the ground-mounted solar power projects with capacities ranging from 250 kW to 500 kW. The projects can be set up on private land owned by the applicant or on leased land.
The energy generated from the solar power project shall mandatorily be purchased by Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited (HPSEBL) at a Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (HPERC) approved tariff applicable at the date of allotment of the project.
As per the provisions, only bonafide Himachali individuals are eligible to apply for this scheme. Besides, partnership firm and private companies having 100 per cent shareholding of bonafide Himachali’s are also eligible to apply for the project under the scheme.
हिमाचल प्रदेश में स्वच्छ भविष्य के लिए 28 मेगावाट की सौर परियोजनाओं की तैनाती के लिए कार्यक्रम शुरू
स्वच्छ पर्यावरण के लिए एक दृष्टिकोण के साथ, हिमाचल प्रदेश अक्षय ऊर्जा के लिए एजेंसी, हिमुरजा ने अपने नए कार्यक्रम की घोषणा की है जो राज्य में 28 मेगावाट सौर ऊर्जा परियोजनाओं को लागू करेगी। राज्य ने स्थानीय उद्यमियों से 250 किलोवाट से लेकर 500 किलोवाट तक की क्षमता वाली जमीन पर सौर ऊर्जा परियोजनाओं की स्थापना के लिए प्रस्ताव आमंत्रित किए हैं। परियोजनाएं आवेदक के स्वामित्व वाली निजी भूमि पर या पट्टे पर दी गई भूमि पर स्थापित की जा सकती हैं।
सौर ऊर्जा परियोजना से उत्पन्न ऊर्जा को हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य विद्युत बोर्ड लिमिटेड (HPSEBL) द्वारा हिमाचल प्रदेश विद्युत नियामक आयोग (HPERC) द्वारा परियोजना के आवंटन की तिथि पर लागू टैरिफ को अनुमोदित किया जाएगा।
प्रावधानों के अनुसार, केवल वास्तविक हिमाचली व्यक्ति इस योजना के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए पात्र हैं। इसके अलावा, साझेदारी फर्म और निजी कंपनियों के पास 100 प्रतिशत की हिस्सेदारी वाले वास्तविक हिमाचली भी योजना के तहत परियोजना के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए पात्र हैं।

राजनीतिक, आर्थिक संघ का निर्माण, आइसलैंड में राष्ट्रपति राम नाथ कोविंद ने भारत के मुख्य सरोकारों के बारे में दो समझौता ज्ञापनों पर हस्ताक्षर किए। भारत और आइसलैंड ने राजनयिक और आधिकारिक पासपोर्ट धारकों के लिए मत्स्य सहयोग, सांस्कृतिक सहयोग और वीजा माफी पर समझौतों और हस्ताक्षर किए।
4- 'Smriti Sthal', Parrikar memorial foundation stone to be laid on his first birth anniversary by December 13
Goa CM Pramod Sawant announced that the foundation stone for a memorial dedicated to Goa chief minister late Manohar Parrikar would be laid on December 13" on the occasion of the 'Manohar Parrikar Vigyan Mohotsav 2019'.
Parrikar, who also served as the country's defence minister, died on March 17 this year at the age of 63.
A memorial dedicated to Goa's first chief minister late Dayanand Bandodkar is already set up at the Miramar beach. Parrikar, who enjoyed a man next door image in the politically volatile Goa, served four times as chief minister of the coastal state and had a three year stint as defence minister in the previous Narendra Modi led cabinet.
गोवा के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री स्व. मनोहर पर्रिकर की जयंती पर 13 दिसंबर पर्रिकर स्मारक-'स्मृति स्थली' का शिलान्यास किया जाएगा
गोवा के सीएम प्रमोद सावंत ने घोषणा की कि गोवा के मुख्यमंत्री स्वर्गीय मनोहर पर्रिकर को समर्पित स्मारक की आधारशिला 13 दिसंबर को 'मनोहर पर्रिकर विज्ञान महोत्सव 2019' के अवसर पर रखी जाएगी।
देश के रक्षा मंत्री के रूप में कार्य करने वाले पर्रिकर का निधन इस वर्ष 17 मार्च को 63 वर्ष की आयु में हुआ।
गोवा के पहले मुख्यमंत्री दिवंगत दयानंद बंदोदकर को समर्पित एक स्मारक पहले से ही मीरामार समुद्र तट पर स्थापित है। तटीय राज्य गोवा में पर्रिकर ने मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में चार बार सेवा की और पिछले नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व वाले कैबिनेट में रक्षा मंत्री के रूप में तीन साल का कार्यकाल रहा।
