SUCCESS IS NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT DEVOTION AND HARD WORK BECAUSE THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR HARD WORK

Hello Bankersguru,

My name is Shazia Siddiqui. I live in Lucknow City. To crack SBI Associates Probationary Officer may be a normal success to anyone, but it’s like miracle to me. Through my success story I would like to tell you all how I converted my worst time into the best one. After passing class X, I started supporting my family by giving tuitions at home. Due to my father's ill health, he was not in the condition to further bear the expenses of my education. Hence, I had to shoulder this responsibility. I took admission IT College, Lucknow for BSc (Maths) and to meet my expenses I started teaching Maths to Class X and giving home tuitions. I had to spend my major outside and had least time left for studies. It was really a hard time as it also affected my health badly but I never lost my courage and faith in myself. After this I initiated my own coaching institution at my residence and it ran successfully. In III year of graduation, I met a road accident (Sep. 2013) in which I was severely injured and I had to pass through a major operation (Jan 2014). It was the time when I felt that I had lost my battle. But then someone told me about Mahendra's Institute of Banking and without wasting much time on my recovery I took admission in Mahendra's and started my preparation. By the Grace of God, with my persistent effort and directional support of Team Mahendra’s, I am a selected candidate of SBI Associates PO now. At last I would to thank my father whose following words always inspired me- " Never stop to look behind while climbing up a hill" and also my mother for her unconditional support, blessings and faith in me. 

Message for all: Success is not possible without devotion and hard work because there is no substitute for hard work.
