1. National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with RUSNANO OJSC of Russia. Both NIIF and RUSNANO have agreed to Set-Up the Russia-India High Technology Private Equity Fund for Joint Implementation of Investments into Projects in India.

हस्ताक्षरित किया गया। एनआईआईएफ और रसनैनो, दोनों ने इसके लिए रूस-इंडिया हाई टेक्नोलॉजी
प्राइवेट इक्विटी फंड स्थापित करने पर भी सहमति व्यक्त की है।
2. India and Brunei signed 3 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) to deepen bilateral cooperation in health, defence and on cooperation in youth and sports affairs. The MoUs were signed in Brunei capital Bandar Seri Begawan during the Vice President Hamid Ansari’s 3-day visit to the country.
भारत एवं ब्रुनेई ने द्विपक्षीय संबंधों को मजबूत करने हेतु स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र, रक्षा क्षेत्र और युवा एवं खेल मामलों में तीन समझौता ज्ञापनों पर हस्ताक्षर किये। ये समझौते ब्रुनेई की राजधानी बांदर सेरी बेगावन में उपराष्ट्रपति हामिद अंसारी की तीन दिवसीय यात्रा के दौरान हस्ताक्षरित किये गये ।

5. Veteran Urdu short story writer, poet and journalist Intizar Husain passed away. He was 93. He was the first Pakistani author ever to be nominated for the Man Booker International Prize for fiction.
उर्दू कथा लेखक, उपन्यासकार, कवि और स्तंभकार इंतज़ार हुसैन का निधन हो गया। वह 93 वर्ष के थे। वह पहले पाकिस्तानी और उर्दू लेखक थे जिन्हें प्रतिष्ठित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मैन बुकर पुरस्कार के लिए नामित किया गया था।
6. Former Congress Leader and Lok Sabha speaker Balram Jakhar passed away. He was 92-years old.
कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता और लोकसभा के पूर्व स्पीकर बलराम जाखड़ का निधन हो गया। वह 92 वर्ष के थे।
7. Russia's state arms trader Rosoboronexport has provided India with the final consignment of Mi-17V-5 helicopters.
रूस की रोस्टेक स्टेट कारपोरेशन की कंपनी रोसोबोरोनएक्सपोर्ट ने भारत को तीन एमआई-17वी-5 सैन्य मालवाहक हेलीकॉप्टरों की अंतिम खेप सौंप दी।
8. The cabinet gave its approval to allow the Railways Ministry to form joint venture (JV) companies with the state governments to mobilize resources for undertaking various rail infrastructure projects in states.

9. The union cabinet approved the creation of a supernumerary post in the rank of air marshal in the Indian Air Force for 17 months in compliance with the Armed Forces Tribunal orders.
केंद्रीय कैबिनेट ने सशस्त्र बल न्यायाधिकरण आदेशों के अनुपालन में भारतीय वायुसेना में 17 माह के लिये एयर मार्शल रैंक का एक अतिरिक्त पद सृजित किये जाने को स्वीकृति दी है।
10. Joint Declaration was signed between India and Germany on the extension of the tenure of the Indo-German Science & Technology Centre (IGSTC) from 2017 till 2022.

Major General Jai Shanker Menon of the Indian Army, has been appointed as the head of Mission and Force Commander of the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) stationed in Golan to maintain the ceasefire between Israeli and Syrian forces.He succeeds Nepal’s Lt Gen Purna Chandra Thapa.
भारतीय सेना के मेजर जनरल जयशंकर मेनन को इजरायल और सीरिया के बीच संघर्ष विराम बनाये रखने के लिये गोलान में तैनात संयुक्त राष्ट्र मुक्ति पर्यवेक्षक सेना (UNDOF) का मिशन प्रमुख और कमांडर नियुक्त किया गया है। उन्होंने नेपाल के लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल पूर्ण चंद्र थापा का स्थान लिया है।
