The candidates are requested to appear for submission of documents & bio-metric verification (at 09.30 A.M. Sharp) at venue on date mentioned against their names along with the following documents in original (with one photo copy duly self- attested).
Dena Bank will not entertained any request for change of venue, date & time for submission of documents & bio-metric verification.
A. Print-out of On-line application( 2 copies)
B. Proof of date of birth (Birth certificate, SSC/ Matric certificate showing date of birth)
C. Certificates in support of your educational qualifications from SSC / Matric onwards (including degree / post-graduation / technical and professional qualifications, as applicable) along with mark sheets for each year /semester.
D. Experience certificate / s, if any.
E. Caste / community certificate issued by the competent authority in the format prescribed by Govt. of India
F. FOR Persons With Disabilities :- Medical certificate from the medical board at the district level
G. Ex- Servicemen : - Discharged certificate from the competent authority.
