1. COGITATE (VERB): to think hard about

Synonyms: ponder, contemplate

Antonyms: disregard, ignore

Example Sentence:

William was so unhappy with his job that he took some days off to get away and cogitate about a different career path.


2. PESTILENT (ADJECTIVE): damaging

Synonyms: detrimental, destructive Antonyms: aiding, favorable

Example Sentence:

Despite the civil laws, my pestilent neighbors keep throwing trash in their front yard.


3. MUSTY (ADJECTIVE): exhibiting a stale odor

Synonyms: putrid, smelly Antonym: perfumed, fragrant 

Example Sentence:

4. PARSIMONIOUS (ADJECTIVE): penny- pinching
