हेमंत गुप्ता को पटना उच्च न्यायालय का कार्यवाहक मुख्य न्यायाधीश बनाया गया
पटना उच्च न्यायालय के वरिष्ठतम न्यायाधीश हेमंत गुप्ता को आज कार्यवाहक मुख्य न्यायाधीश बनाया गया। 29 अक्तूबर को मुख्य न्यायाधीश इकबाल अहमद अंसारी के सेवानिवृत्त होने के बाद न्यायमूर्ति गुप्ता कार्यवाहक मुख्य न्यायाधीश का कार्यभार संभालेंगे।
Hemant Gupta elevated as acting CJ of Patna HC
Justice Hemant Gupta, senior-most judge of the Patna High Court, was elevated as its acting chief justice.
Justice Gupta has been appointed as acting chief justice consequent upon the retirement of Chief Justice Iqbal Ahmed Ansari on October 29.
