वाहन उपकरण कंपनी मदरसन सूमी सिस्टम्स लिमिटेड :एमएसएसएल: फिनलैंड की पीकेसी ग्रुप पीएलसी (पीकेसी) की पूरी हिस्सेदारी खरीदने के लिए 57.1 करोड़ यूरो (4,150 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक) की खुली पेशकश करेगी। पीकेसी वाहनों के बिजली सर्किट में लगने वाले तारों के सेट बनाती है।

In one of the biggest acquisitions in auto component space by an Indian firm, Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd (MSSL) will launch a 571 million euro (over Rs 4,150 crore) open tender offer to fully acquire Finland's PKC Group Plc (PKC), a maker of wiring harness.
