Drake, The Chainsmokers among winners at Billboard Awards

Rapper Drake and The Chainsmokers were some names among the first winners at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards.

Drake grabbed Top Male Artist Award, beating out the likes of Justin Bieber, The Weeknd, Future and Shawn Mendes.

रैपर ड्रेक और संगीत बैंड द चेनस्मोकर्स बिलबोर्ड म्यूजिक अवार्ड 2017 जीतने वाले पहले विजेताओं में शामिल हैं।

ड्रेक ने जस्टिन बीबर, द वीकेंड, फ्यूचर और शॉन मेंडिस के पछाड़कर सर्वश्रेष्ठ पुरुष गायक का खिताब अपने नाम किया।


Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu flagged off Tejas Express 

The high speed, air-conditioned Tejas Express flagged off from Mumbai to Goa. Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu flagged off the premium luxury train through video conferencing. 

Tejas will have ultra-modern amenities like LED TV, wi-fi and CCTV. The train will operate five days a week during non-monsoon period, and three days a week during monsoon period.

                                    

रेलमंत्री सुरेश प्रभु ने तेजस एक्सप्रेस को हरी झंडी दिखाकर वाना किया

रेलमंत्री सुरेश प्रभु ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए वातानुकूलित तेजस एक्सप्रेस को हरी झंडी दिखाकर मुम्बई से गोवा के लिए रवाना किया। 


मुम्बई से गोवा के करमाली तक रेल कनेक्टविटी देने वाली इस गाड़ी ने प्रवासियों के लिए एलइडी टीवी, वाई-फाई इंटरनेट सेवा, सीसीटीवी के साथ-साथ कई और अत्याधुनिक सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराई है। यह रेलगाड़ी मॉनसून के दौरान सप्‍ताह में तीन दिन और बाकी समय सप्‍ताह में पांच दिन चलेगी।


Harsh Vardhan takes charge of environment ministry

Union minister Harsh Vardhan took over the charge of the environment ministry that fell vacant after the death of Anil Madhav Dave.

Dave had passed away on May 18 after suffering cardiac arrest. He was 60.

The government had subsequently handed over the additional charge of the ministry to Science and Technology Minister Harsh Vardhan.

                                          

हषर्वर्धन ने पर्यावरण मंत्रालय का प्रभार संभाला

केंद्रीय मंत्री हषर्वर्धन ने पर्यावरण मंत्रालय का प्रभार ले लिया। पर्यावरण मंत्री अनिल माधव दवे के निधन के चलते यह पद रिक्त हो गया था।

दवे का 60 वर्ष की आयु में दिल का दौरा पड़ने से गत 18 मई को निधन हो गया था।

सरकार ने विज्ञान एवं तकनीक मंत्री हषर्वर्धन को पर्यावरण मंत्रालय का अतिरिक्त प्रभार भी सौंप दिया।
