Scientists developed new temperature sensor running on near-zero-power, in USA.

Scientists have developed a tiny temperature sensor that runs on “near-zero-power” and could extend the battery life of wearable devices that monitor health, as well as Internet of Things and smart home systems. The sensor, developed by researchers at the University of California, San Diego in the US, runs on only 113 pico watts of power – 628 times lower power than the state of the art and about 10 billion times smaller than a watt.

Judges used interactive digital devices as part of efforts to go paperless.

Chief justice of India J S Khehar and justice D Y Chandrachud on Monday used interactive digital devices to scan records of fresh cases during a hearing as part of the Supreme Court’s efforts to go paperless. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had launched the paperless project to implement the Integrated Case Management System Information System (ICMIS) on May 10 this year.

भारत के चीफ जस्टिस जे एस खेहर और न्यायमूर्ति डी वाई चंद्रचूड ने सोमवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट के कागजी रहित जाने के प्रयासों के तहत सुनवाई के दौरान नए मामलों के रिकॉर्ड को स्कैन करने के लिए इंटरैक्टिव डिजिटल डिवाइस का इस्तेमाल किया। प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने इस साल 10 मई को इंटीग्रेटेड केस मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम इंफॉर्मेशन सिस्टम (आईसीएमआईएस) को लागू करने के लिए पेपरलेस परियोजना शुरू की थी।
