1. DEMAGOGUE (NOUN): Agitating person

Synonyms: firebrand, agitator             

Antonyms: calm person, beloved person

Example Sentence:

Last night I was in a discussion with a demagogue.

2. BESMIRCH (VERB): Taint

Synonyms: dishonour, slander 

Antonyms:  honour, praise

Example Sentence:

He was trying to besmirch his friend’s image.

3. FECKLESS (ADJECTIVE): Aimless

Synonyms: carefree, careless 

Antonyms:  competent, effectual

Example Sentence:

Don’t act like a feckless person.

4. DENIGRATE (VERB): Defame

Synonyms: calumniate, malign 

Antonyms:  extol, eulogize

Example Sentence:

He was unintentionally denigrating the persona of his own friend.


5. DEMONIAC (NOUN): Person who is crazy

Synonyms: maniac, lunatic              

Antonyms: sane, wise

Example Sentence:

Don’t talk to that demoniac.

6. EXPOSTULATE (VERB): Dissuade

Synonyms: argue, oppose 

 Antonyms: accede, agree

Example Sentence:

Don’t try to expostulate my idea I said.

Synonyms: advancement, evolution              

Antonyms: decline, decrease

10. WADE (VERB):  Plod, often through water

Antonyms:  freeze, stop

The buffalos were wading in the pond.
