1. Two Indian women have featured on Fortune's list of Most Powerful Women in business outside the US. Managing Director and CEO of ICICI Bank Chanda Kochhar has been ranked fifth and Managing Director and CEO of Axis Bank Shikha Sharma has been ranked at 21 in this list.
दो भारतीय महिलाओं ने फॉर्च्यून की अमेरिका के बाहर सबसे शक्तिशाली महिलाओं की सूची में जगह बनाई है। इस सूची में आईसीआईसीआई बैंक की प्रबंध निदेशक और सीईओ चंदा कोचर पांचवे स्थान पर और एक्सिस बैंक की सीईओ शिखा शर्मा 21 वें स्थान पर हैं।
2. Asian Development Bank in its Asian Development Outlook 2017 has downgraded India's GDP growth to 7 per cent from 7.4 per cent in financial year 2017-18. In financial year 2018-19, the forecast is adjusted down to 7.4 per cent, from 7.6 per cent.
एशियाई विकास बैंक ने अपनी एशियाई विकास परिदृश्य 2017 की रिपोर्ट में वित्त वर्ष 2017-18 में भारत की सकल घरेलू उत्पाद (जीडीपी) वृद्धि दर का अनुमान 7.4 से घटाकर 7% कर दिया है। वित्त वर्ष 2018-19 के लिए यह अनुमानित आंकड़ा 7.6% से घटाकर 7.4% किया गया है।
