BBC has included Mithali Raj as one of the most influential women in India in its BBC 100 Women list 2017.

Former Speaker and sitting MLA Kiyanilie Peseyie dies

Former Speaker of the Nagaland Assembly and sitting MLA Kiyanilie Peseyie died. He was 69.

Peseyie was the sitting MLA from the eight Western Angami seat. He was a Naga Peoples Front (NPF) MLA.

नगालैंड विधानसभा के पूर्व अध्यक्ष और विधायक कियानिली पेसेयी का निधन हो गया। वह 69 वर्ष के थे।

पेसेयी आठ वेस्टर्न अंगामी सीट से विधायक थे । वह नगा पीपुल्स फ्रंट के विधायक थे।
