(2y+1) (2y+5) = 0

y =-1/2 y = -5/2

Let the two digit number be 10x + y

10x + y

y = x +2

y –x = 2 ....(I)

(y+x) 4 = 10x + y – 3

4x +4y = 10x + y–3

6x –3y = 3 ........ (II)

From eq. (I) and (II)

x = 3

y = 5

So, number = 35
