SBI to Set Up Country's Largest Innovation Centre at Mumbai

The nation's largest lender State Bank of India is creating a 15,000-sqft innovation center in Navi Mumbai investing around Rs 100 crore. The center, to be built at its Global IT Centre in Belapur in Navi Mumbai, will be the largest innovation center by any financial services company in the country. The innovation center is part of a Rs 200-crore allocation that the bank has earmarked for innovation 2016.

मुंबई में देश का सबसे बड़ा नवाचार केंद्र बनायेगा स्टेट बैंक

भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (एसबीआई) नवी मुंबई में नवाचार केंद्र का निर्माण करेगा। केंद्र के निर्माण में करीब 100करोड़ रुपये खर्च होंगे। बैंक के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने इसकी जानकारी दी। अधिकारी ने दावा किया कि यह केंद्र, नवी मुंबई में बेलापुर में अपने वैश्विक आईटी सेंटर में बनाया जाएगा।

RBI has introduced Know Your Customer (KYC) norms for wallet users with new set of protocols whose outline is as follows:

• Interoperability has been allowed. 
• Further, Fraud Detection norms has been brought in order to prevent fake wallet transactions. 
• By completing the full KYC formalities, customers can transfer money between wallets of different companies and banks without any restriction through Unified Payments Interface (UPI) provided. 
• Mobile Wallets will have to convert to full KYC wallet within 12 months of opening it and all existing wallet users have to convert to the full KYC format by this year end.
• As per RBI, minimum KYC wallets cannot have a balance of more than Rs 10,000. 
• The wallet can only be used for purchasing goods and services.
• The wallet cannot be used for remittances to other wallets or bank accounts
• Full KYC wallets will have a limit of Rs 1 lakh and all facilities for fund transfer will be allowed.

भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने वॉलेट उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए नए प्रोटोकॉल के साथ केवायसी नियम शुरू किये हैं जिनकी रूपरेखा निम्नानुसार है:

• इंटरऑपरेबिलिटी (अंतरपरिचालनीयता) की अनुमति दी गई है।
• इसके अलावा जाली वॉलेट लेनदेन को रोकने के लिए धोखाधड़ी पहचान मानदंड शुरू किये गये हैं।
• पूर्ण केवाईसी औपचारिकताओं को पूरा करके, बिना किसी भी प्रतिबंध के ग्राहक विभिन्न कंपनियों और बैंकों के वॉलेट के बीच एकीकृत भुगतान अंतरफलक (यूपीआई) के माध्यम से अंतरण कर सकते हैं। 
• मोबाइल वॉलेट खोलने के 12 महीनों के भीतर पूर्ण केवाईसी वॉलेट में परिवर्तित करना होगा और सभी मौजूदा वॉलेट उपयोगकर्ताओं को इस साल के अंत तक पूर्ण केवाईसी स्वरूप में परिवर्तित करना होगा।
• भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक के अनुसार, न्यूनतम केवाईसी वॉलेट के लिये 10,000 रुपये से अधिक का शेष नहीं हो सकता।
• वॉलेट का प्रयोग सामानों और सेवाओं की खरीद के लिए किया जा सकता है।
• वॉलेट का उपयोग प्रेषण के लिए अन्य वॉलेट या बैंक खातों में नहीं किया जा सकता है।
• पूर्ण केवाईसी वॉलेट की सीमा एक लाख रुपये होगी और फंड ट्रांसफर के लिए सभी सुविधाओं की अनुमति होगी।

22-yr-old girl becomes British envoy to India for a day

Proud Moment of India--Rudrali Patil, Resident of Noida as well student of Amity Law School has got chance to become British High Commissioner to India for a day. She got this lifetime opportunity after winning a video-making competition on girls' rights conducted by the British High Commission. She took charge on 9th October 2017, Monday and chaired a meeting with Commission officials to become acquainted with the department operations. First pink toilet in New delhi

On the occasion of International day for the girl child, i.e. 11 October, South Delhi Municipal Corporation inaugurated the first 'Pink toilet' at Vikaspuri, New Delhi. 

This was inaugurated by Kamaljeet Sehrawat, Mayor, SDMC. A first of its kind initiative by SDMC provides hygienic washrooms, vending machines for sanitary napkins, incinerator facilities and feeding area for breastfeeding mothers.

नई दिल्ली में सबसे पहला  गुलाबी शौचालय

11 अक्टूबर को अन्तराष्ट्रीय बालिका दिवस के उपलक्ष में नगर निगम दक्षिण दिल्ली ने विकासपुरी, नई दिल्ली में पहला 'गुलाबी शौचालय' का उद्घाटन किया।

इसका उद्घाटन, एसडीएमसी के मेयर कमलजीत सहराव ने किया। एसडीएमसी द्वारा अपनी तरह की पहली पहल में स्वच्छ शौचालयों, सैनिटरी नैपकिनों के लिए वेंडिंग मशीनें और स्तनपान कराने के लिए विशेष क्षेत्र उपलब्ध है.
