The aspirant who successfully completed their MBA degree or any management diploma in HR field is most suitable for IBPS SO (HR) Officer Scale - I exam. This year there are total 35 vacancies,  available for the post of HR Officer Scale-I. The selection process for IBPS HR Officer exam is divided into three parts :-

  • Preliminary Exam
  • Mains Exam 
  • Interview. 
Those candidates who will successfully qualify in written exam which is an Objective type paper (Prelims & Mains) will be called for the interview.
This year IBPS has completely changed the exam pattern for Specialist Officer Recruitment. With the introduction of two phases of online examination now candidates have to put forth more efforts for this recruitment as well. This time IBPS SO Prelims Exam will be a 2 hours paper.The IBPS SO Prelims Exam pattern 2017 will be as such:-
