India’s GDP growth to rise to 7.5 % in 2018: Morgan Stanley
According to global financial services major Morgan Stanley, the Gross domestic product (GDP) growth of India likely to accelerate from 6.4 % this year to 7.5 % in 2018 and further to 7.7 % in 2019.

वैश्विक वित्तीय सेवा कंपनी मॉर्गन स्टेनली की एक नवीनतम रिपोर्ट के अनुसार भारत के सकल घरेलू उत्पाद (जीडीपी) की वृद्धि दर इस वर्ष के 6.4 प्रतिशत की तुलना में 2018 में 7.5 प्रतिशत और 2019 में 7.7 प्रतिशत तक जाने की संभावना है।

UNESCO recognizes Kumbh Mela as India's cultural heritage
India's Kumbh Mela has been recognised by UNESCO as an "intangible cultural heritage of humanity".
The Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage under the UN body inscribed Kumbh Mela on the "Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity" at its 12th session in Jeju, South Korea.

यूनेस्को ने भारत के कुंभ मेले को ‘‘मानवता की अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक धरोहर’’ के तौर पर मान्यता दी है।
यूनेस्को के अधीनस्थ संगठन इंटरगर्वनमेंटल कमिटी फोर द सेफगार्डिंग ऑफ इन्टेंजिबल कल्चरल हेरीटेज ने दक्षिण कोरिया के जेजू में हुए अपने 12वें सत्र में कुंभ मेले को ‘‘मावनता के अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक धरोहर की प्रतिनिधि सूची’’ में शामिल किया।
India has slipped six notches to 37th position among 60 major economies in the world in terms of their attractiveness to Chinese firms, while Singapore topped the list compiled by the Economist Intelligence Unit.
According to the latest EIUs China Going Global Investment Index, Singapore overtook the US as the most attractive destination for Chinese overseas direct investment.
Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Australia rounded the top five.
चीन की कंपनियों के लिये निवेश के लिहाज से दुनिया के 60 प्रमुख देशों में सिंगापुर सबसे पसंदीदा स्थान है, जबकि भारत इस मामले में छह पायदान नीचे खिसककर 37वें स्थान पर आ गया। आर्थिक खुफिया इकाई ने यह सूची तैयार की है।
