Saurabh Chaudhary and Manu Bhaker booked quota places for the 2018 Youth Olympic Games by winning a gold and a silver medal respectively at the 10th Asian Airgun Championship at Wako City, Japan.Chaudhary won both individuals as well as the team gold in the men’s 10m Air Pistol Youth event, while Manu clinched a silver in the women’s 10m Air Pistol Youth.

Shubhankar won Joburg Open golf tournament
Indian golfer Shubhankar Sharma has won his first title on the European Tour.This is the first title win on the European Tour for the 21-year-old, who became the first Asian to win the Joburg Open in his first appearance in South Africa. With this win, Sharma has claimed one of three tickets to The Open in 2018.
भारतीय गोल्फर शुभंकर शर्मा ने जीता जॉबर्ग ओपन का खिताब
भारतीय गोल्फर शुभंकर शर्मा ने जॉबर्ग ओपन का खिताब जीत लिया है। यूरोपीय दौरे पर यह उनका पहला खिताब है। इसके अलावा दक्षिण अफ्रीका में यह खिताब जीतने वाले वह पहले एशियाई भी हैं।
भारत 2021 चैंपियंस ट्रॉफी और 2023 में वर्ल्ड कप की मेजबानी करेगा. इतिहास में ऐसा पहली बार होगा कि देश में बैक टू बैक दो बड़े आयोजन होने जा रहे हैं. भारत इससे पहले भी क्रिकेट विश्वकप की सफल मेजबानी कर चुका है. 1987 वर्ल्ड कप, 1996 वर्ल्ड कप और 2011 वर्ल्ड कप की शानदार मेजबानी भारत के हिस्से में है. 2011 के वर्ल्ड कप में शानदार प्रदर्शन करते हुए खिताब अपने नाम किया था.
