Partial Withdrawal Of Contributions From The National Pension System.
The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has modified the guidelines for partial withdrawals for the subscribers of the National Pension System (NPS).
These guidelines were issued in August 2017.
These guidelines specified the terms and conditions, purpose, frequency and limits for partial withdrawals from NPS.
Only those NPS subscribers who have completed 3 years in the system would be eligible to apply for partial withdrawals. Earlier, the partial withdrawals were allowed after 10 years of joining NPS.
Further, these guidelines are applicable to the accumulated contributions of NPS subscribers.
A subscriber will be allowed only three partial withdrawals during the entire tenure of NPS subscription.
राष्ट्रीय पेंशन प्रणाली से योगदान का आंशिक निकासी
पेंशन फंड नियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण (पीएफआरडीए) ने राष्ट्रीय पेंशन प्रणाली (एनपीएस) के ग्राहकों के लिए आंशिक निकासी के लिए दिशानिर्देशों को संशोधित किया है।
ये दिशानिर्देश अगस्त 2017 में जारी किए गए थे।
इन दिशानिर्देशों ने एनपीएस से आंशिक निकासी के लिए नियम और शर्तें, उद्देश्य, आवृत्ति और सीमा निर्दिष्ट की है।
केवल उन एनपीएस ग्राहकों, जो सिस्टम में 3 वर्ष पूरा कर चुके हैं, आंशिक निकासी के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए पात्र होंगे। इससे पहले, एनपीएस में शामिल होने के 10 सालों के बाद आंशिक निकासी की अनुमति दी गई थी।
इसके अलावा, इन दिशानिर्देश एनपीएस ग्राहकों के संचित योगदान पर लागू होते हैं।
एनपीएस सदस्यता के पूरे कार्यकाल के दौरान एक ग्राहक को केवल तीन आंशिक निकासी की अनुमति होगी।

Centre Has Cancelled Haj Subsidy.
- Minority affairs minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has announced that the subsidy will be stopped.
- 175,000 Muslims would be going on the Haj pilgrimage from India this year.
- The Saudi Arabian government has agreed in principle to allow the Haj journey from India by ships.
