“AYUSH” finds a place in English Language
The Commission for Scientific and Technical Terminology has decided to adopt the word ‘AYUSH’ in Hindi and English languages for scientific and technical purposes. The “AYUSH” became popular as the acronym for five traditional and complementary systems of medicine, namely Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy and successfully adopted and used in all Government communications.

वैज्ञानिक और तकनीकी शब्दावली आयोग ने वैज्ञानिक और तकनीकी उद्देश्यों के लिए आयुष शब्द को हिन्दी और अंग्रेजी भाषा में अपनाने का फैसला किया है। चिकित्सा की पांच परम्परागत और पूरक प्रणालियों आयुर्वेद, योग, प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा (नेचुरोपैथी), यूनानी, सिद्ध और होम्योपैथी के लिए परिवर्णी के रूप में आयुष शब्द लोकप्रिय हो चुका है।

NITI Aayog, in association with Vision India Foundation, is organising the Venture Capital Symposium 2018 to deepen the economic relationships between France and India. 20 of the biggest French venture capital and private equity funds are coming to India to explore investment opportunities.
The Venture Capital Symposium 2018 is a three day event where the French investors will be interacting with 100 early to mid-stage Indian start-ups.

नीति आयोग विशेष पहल करते हुए विजन इंडिया फाउंडेशन के सहयोग से ‘उद्यम पूंजी संगोष्ठी 2018’ का आयोजन कर रहा है, ताकि फ्रांस और भारत के बीच आर्थिक रिश्तों को प्रगाढ़ किया जा सके। फ्रांस के 20 सबसे बड़े उद्यम पूंजी और प्राइवेट इक्विटी फंड निवेश अवसरों की तलाश में भारत आ रहे हैं।
तीन दिवसीय ‘उद्यम पूंजी संगोष्ठी 2018’ के दौरान फ्रांस के निवेशक भारत के ऐसे 100 स्टार्ट-अप्स से संवाद करेंगे जो फिलहाल अपने व्यवसाय के आरंभिक से लेकर मध्यम चरण तक में हैं।

सार्वजनिक उपक्रम राष्ट्रीय खनिज विकास निगम लिमिटेड (एनएमडीसी) ने कारपोरेट सामाजिक दायित्व श्रेणी में 2018 के लिए एसएंडपी प्लैट्स ग्लोबल मेटल पुरस्कार प्राप्त किया है। कंपनी को यह पुरस्कार 17 मई, 2018 को लंदन में आयोजित समारोह में प्रदान किया गया। एनएमडीसी ने पुरस्कार के लिए नामित दुनिया की 12 बड़ी कंपनियों के बीच यह पुरस्कार हासिल किया।

16-year-old Shivangi Pathak has become youngest women from India to scale Mt Everest from Nepal side.
Born in Hisar of Haryana Shivangi climbed Mt Everest to spread the message that women could overcome any obstacle to achieve their goals.
She was inspired by Arunima Sinha, the first Indian amputee to climb Mt Everest. In 2014, 13-year-old Malavath Poorna from India had climbed Mt Everest from Tibet side and became the youngest girl in the world to the summit at Everest.

16 वर्षीय शिवांगी पाठक नेपाल की ओर से माउंट एवरेस्ट चढ़ने वाली भारत की सबसे युवा महिलाएं बन गई हैं।
हरियाणा के हिसार में जन्मी शिवांगी ने माउंट एवरेस्ट पर इस संदेश को फैलाने के लिए चढ़ाई की कि महिलाएं अपने लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने के लिए किसी भी बाधा को दूर कर सकती हैं।
वह माउंट एवरेस्ट पर चढ़ने वाली पहली भारतीय दिव्यांग पर्वतारोही अरुणिमा सिन्हा से प्रेरित हैं। 2014 में, भारत के 13 वर्षीय मालवथ पूर्णा ने तिब्बत की ओर से माउंट एवरेस्ट पर चढ़ाई की थी और एवरेस्ट चढ़ने वाली भारत की सबसे युवा महिलाएं बन गई थी।
