Vedanta re-appoints Navin Agarwal as Whole Time Director
Metals and mining giant Vedanta Ltd has re-appointed Navin Agarwal as the Whole Time Director of the company.
Agarwal's re-appointment as Whole Time Director is for another five-year period starting from August 1, 2018 and subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the company, Vedanta said in a regulatory filing.

वेदांता ने शेयर बाजारों को भेजी सूचना में कहा कि अग्रवाल को एक अगस्त , 2018 से पांच साल की अवधि के लिए पुन : पूर्णकालिक निदेशक नियुक्त किया गया है। इसके लिए आगामी आम सभा में शेयरधारकों की मंजूरी ली जाएगी।
