HDFC group m-cap crosses Rs 10 trillion
The market capitalisation of the listed firms of Deepak Parekh-led financial services conglomerate HDFC group crossed Rs 10 lakh crore mark. It is only the second Indian business group to achieve this feat after Tata Group.
HDFC group currently has four listed entities -- housing finance major HDFC Ltd, banking behemoth HDFC Bank, life insurance firm HDFC Standard Life and Gruh Finance -- while Tatas have nearly 30 firms listed on the stock exchange.

दीपक पारेख के नेतृत्व वाले एचडीएफसी वित्तीय सेवा समूह की सूचीबद्ध कंपनियों का बाजार पूंजीकरण 10 लाख करोड़ रुपये के पार पहुंच गया। टाटा समूह के बाद यह दूसरा कंपनी समूह है जिसका बाजार पूंजीकरण इस आंकड़े के पार पहुंचा है।
एचडीएफसी समूह में इस समय चार सूचीबद्ध कंपनियां शामिल हैं। आवास वित्तपोषण क्षेत्र की प्रमुख कंपनी एचडीएफसी लिमिटेड , बैंकिंग क्षेत्र की अग्रणी कंपनी एचडीएफसी बैंक , जीवन बीमा क्षेत्र की एचडीएफसी स्टैण्डर्ड लाइफ और ग्रह फाइनेंस इस समूह में शामिल हैं। दूसरी तरफ टाटा समूह की करीब 30 कंपनियां शेयर बाजार में सूचीबद्ध हैं।
China enters world's top 20 most-innovative economies, India at 57th spot
According to Global Innovation Index (GII) 2018, China has broke into the world's top 20 most-innovative economies.
Switzerland has topped this list while India is at 57th place in the list.
This annual ranking has been published by Cornell University, INSEAD and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

वैश्विक नवाचार सूचकांक (जीआईआई) 2018 के अनुसार, चीन दुनिया के शीर्ष 20 सर्वाधिक नवोन्मेषी अर्थव्यवस्थाओं में शामिल हो गया है।
स्विटजरलैंड इस सूची में शीर्ष स्थान पर है वहीं भारत 57वें स्थान पर है।
यह सालाना रैकिंग कॉर्नेल विश्वविद्यालय, आईएनएसईएडी और विश्व बौद्धिक संपदा संगठन (डब्ल्यूआईपीओ) द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई।
Andhra Pradesh tops the 'ease of doing business' ranking among states
Andhra Pradesh has topped the ease of doing annual business ranking of states and Union Territories by the World Bank and Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP).
Telangana and Haryana are at the second and third positions, respectively, according to a statement issued by DIPP.
कारोबार सुगमता रैंकिंग में आंध्र प्रदेश शीर्ष पर
देश में कारोबार करने में सुगमता के लिहाज से आंध्रप्रदेश सबसे शीर्ष पर रहा है। औद्योगिक नीति एवं सवर्द्धन विभाग (डीआईपीपी) और विश्व बैंक द्वारा कारोबार सुगमता को लेकर सभी राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के बीच की गई रैंकिंग में आंध्र प्रदेश अव्वल रहा है।
डीआईपीपी के इस संबंध में जारी बयान के मुताबिक तेलंगाना और हरियाणा इस मामले में क्रमश : दूसरे और तीसरे स्थान पर रहे।
