Q.1-5. Study the following information carefully and answer the questions given below.
Eight friends Lagina, Mabel, Nabila, Octavia, Padma, Qamar, Rada and Sabella are sitting in a straight line but not necessarily in the same order. Four of them are not facing north. Nabila is not facing north. Padma faces south and both the immediate neighbours of Padma faces north. Sabella sits second to the right of Padma and Mabel sits third to the left of Padma. Octavia is not facing south but both the immediate neighbours of Octavia do not face north. Rada sits second to the left of Lagina. Mabel sits fifth to the right of Sabella. Qamar is an immediate neighbour of Octavia. Mabel, the immediate neighbour of Nabila, is not facing south. Lagina is not facing north.

Q.6-10. A group of digits/symbols is given by four combinations of letters numbered (1), (2), (3) and (4). You have to find out which of the combinations (1), (2), (3) and (4) correctly represents the group of digit/symbols based on the following coding system and the conditions those follow and mark the number of that combination as your answer. If none of the four combinations correctly represents the groups of digits/symbols, mark (5) i.e., 'None of these' as the answer.

Conditions:

(iii) If both the first and the last units in the group are symbols, both of these are to be coded as 'X'.
