Seven roommates R, S, T, U, V, W and X. Each do only one task i.e. cooking, washing, sweeping, laundry, gardening, shopping and dusting in one day of a week, Monday through Sunday.
The laundry is done on Friday but not by U. V does not do the task on Tuesday or Saturday. W does the cooking but not do his task on Saturday and Tuesday. S do the dusting on Sunday. T does his task, which is not gardening, on Wednesday. X does the shopping and R does the sweeping on Monday.

Ten people are sitting in two parallel rows containing five people each, in such a way that there is an equal distance between adjacent persons. In row-1 A, B, C, D and E are seated and all of them facing north. In row-2 P, Q, R, S and V are seated and all of them facing north. Therefore, in the given seating arrangement each member seated in a row faces another member of the other row. Each of them likes different colour Black, White, Purple, Brown, Pink, Orange, Green, Red, Yellow and Blue, but not necessarily in the same order.
V is third to the right of S. The one who likes Black colour is sitting opposite to V. B likes Pink colour and is an immediate neighbour of the one who likes Black colour. The person who is facing Yellow colour is second to the right of R who likes Brown colour. Q is sitting between the one who likes White colour and the one who likes Green colour.
