Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik announced a ₹10,000 crore scheme for the overall development of farmers. Named Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation (KALIA), the scheme will provide farmers with ₹10,000 a year at the rate of ₹5,000 each for Kharif and Rabi season. Additionally, crop loans of up to ₹50,000 will be interest-free under the scheme.

ओडिशा के मंत्रिमंडल ने किसानों के लिए 10,000 करोड़ रुपये की कृषक एसिस्टेंस फॉर लाइवलीहुड एंड इन्कम ऑगमेंटेशन (कालिया) परियोजना को मंजूरी प्रदान की।
इस परियोजना में किसानों को बीमा के साथ-साथ वित्तीय, आजीविका और खेती के लिए सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी।मुख्यमंत्री नवीन पटनायक ने कहा, "कृषि की उन्नति को रफ्तार देने और निर्धनता घटाने के लिए मंत्रिमंडल ने 10,000 करोड़ रुपये की ऐतिहासिक कालिया परियोजना को मंजूरी प्रदान की है।"कालिया परियोजना के तहत 2020-21 तक तीन साल में यह रकम खर्च की जाएगी। प्रदेश के सभी छोटे व हाशिये पर रहने वाले किसानों (30 लाख से अधिक) को इस पिरयोजना में शामिल किया जाएगा।

Named Mukhyamantri Krishi Ashirwad Yojana, the scheme will provide farmers with a yearly financial assistance of ₹5,000 per acre for Kharif crops. The scheme will start from 2019-20 financial year.

झारखंड सरकार ने किसानों को खरीफ फसल के लिए ₹5,000 प्रति एकड़ की दर से भुगतान करने का निर्णय किया है। एक एकड़ से कम ज़मीन वाले किसानों को भी न्यूनतम ₹5,000 दिए जाएंगे। मुख्यमंत्री कृषि आशीर्वाद योजना नामक इस योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य सरकार ₹2,250 करोड़ खर्च करेगी और इससे करीब 23 लाख किसानों को लाभ होगा।
