1. According to World Bank Global Economic Prospects, India is estimated to grow at 7.2 per cent in fiscal year 2018-19. Along with this, India is projected to grow at 7.5 per cent in the next three years supported by robust investment and private consumption.
विश्वबैंक ने अपने वैश्विक आर्थिक परिदृश्य के अनुसार, वित्त वर्ष 2018-19 में भारत के 7.20 प्रतिशत की दर से वृद्धि करने का अनुमान है। इसके साथ ही बेहतर निवेश तथा निजी खपत के दम पर अगले तीन साल तक भारत 7.50 प्रतिशत की दर से आर्थिक वृद्धि कर सकता है।
2. India ranked 95th out of 129 countries in a new index that measures global gender equality looking at aspects such as poverty, health, education, literacy, political representation and equality at the workplace. The Sustainable Development Goals Gender Index has been developed by UK-based Equal Measures 2030.
