1- Shoaib Malik retires from ODI cricket 20 years after his debut
All-rounder Shoaib Malik announced his retirement from ODI cricket after Pakistan's last 2019 World Cup match against Bangladesh. The 37-year-old, who made his ODI debut on October 14, 1999, represented Pakistan in 287 ODIs, scoring 7,534 runs and taking 158 wickets. Malik had retired from Test cricket in 2015 and would continue playing T20Is.

3- OYO restricts SoftBank's shareholding limit at 49.99%
Gurugram-based budget hospitality startup OYO has restricted its largest shareholder SoftBank from directly or indirectly acquiring over 49.99% of its shares without its Founder Ritesh Agarwal and investors' approval, TechCircle revealed. SoftBank currently holds about 46% stake in OYO. Notably, Ola also executed a similar clause in 2017, requiring SoftBank to seek approval to purchase its shares.

The 35-year-old Dutch winger won 12 league titles in his career alongside 96 caps for his country including playing in the 2010 World Cup final in Johannesburg. Robben won two league titles at Chelsea and one each at PSV Eindhoven and Real Madrid.
