चीन : वू हान में विश्व सैन्य खेल समारोह 18 अक्टूबर से
सातवां विश्व सैन्य खेल समारोह 18 अक्टूबर को मध्य चीन के वू हान शहर में आयोजित होगा। आयोजन समिति ने अब तक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सैन्य खेल परिषद के 105 सदस्य देशों के 10719 लोगों के औपचारिक पंजीकरण की सूचना दी है। अंतिम दौर का पंजीकरण चल रहा है। सूत्रों के अनुसार, वू हान में विश्व सैन्य खेल समारोह के स्टेडियमों का निर्माण कार्य सुचारु रूप से चल रहा है। मेजबान शहर वू हान ने विश्व के लिए उच्चस्तरीय, चीनी शोभा वाला शानदार और असाधारण अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सैन्य खेल समारोह प्रस्तुत करने का वादा किया है। आम लोग टिकट खरीदकर स्थल पर उन इवेंट की स्पर्धा को देख सकेंगे।
3- Senior IAS officer Arun Kumar appointed full time DGCA chief, B S Bhullar is AERA chairman
Prime Minister Narendra Modi-headed appointments committee of the Cabinet as appointed senior IAS officer Arun Kumar as Director General of Civil Aviation. Kumar, a 1989 batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre, was holding additional charge as DG from June 1 when B S Bhullar retired. The government has now appointed B S Bhullar, a 1986 batch IAS officer of UP cadre, as chairman of Airports Economic Regulatory Authority (AERA) for five years. Both Arun Kumar and B S Bhullar are seasoned aviation hands. They both spent time as joint secretary in the aviation ministry before being promoted as additional secretary and then being appointed DGCA chief.

प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता वाली कैबिनेट की नियुक्ति समिति ने वरिष्ठ आईएएस अधिकारी अरुण कुमार को नागर विमानन महानिदेशक के रूप में नियुक्त किया। हरियाणा कैडर के 1989 बैच के आईएएस अधिकारी कुमार ने 1 जून से बी एस भुल्लर के सेवानिवृत्त होने के बाद डीजी के रूप में अतिरिक्त प्रभार संभाला था। सरकार ने अब यूपी कैडर के 1986 बैच के आईएएस अधिकारी बी एस भुल्लर को पांच साल के लिए एयरपोर्ट्स इकोनॉमिक रेगुलेटरी अथॉरिटी (AERA) के अध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त किया है। अरुण कुमार और बी एस भुल्लर दोनों ही अनुभवी हैं। वे दोनों अतिरिक्त सचिव के रूप में पदोन्नत होने से पहले विमानन मंत्रालय में संयुक्त सचिव के रूप में समय बिताते हैं और फिर DGCA प्रमुख नियुक्त किए जाते हैं।
4- Gehlot announces ₹1,000 cr fund for farmers, Janta Clinics in Budget
Rajasthan budget was presented by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. From farming, irrigation, renewable energy and health sectors, the budget came with many offerings for the people of the state.
The Rajasthan budget proposed Rs. 1,000 crore fund for farmers' welfare. A separate feeder at a cost of Rs. 5,200 crore will be established to provide uninterrupted electricity supply to farmers, the chief minister announced. He also announced a policy for new and renewable energy projects, set a target of Rs. 16,000 crore crop loans from cooperative banks and said "Nandi Shala" will be built in each gram panchayat.
For health sector, the Chief Minister announced the opening of Janata Clinics near the residential areas across the state and promised to provide free medicines to the patients. Also, CT scan has been made free in all state-run medical centre.
Employment Scheme and said 75,000 vacant positions would be filled in various government departments to provide jobs to the youth.
गहलोत ने बजट में किसानों, जनता क्लीनिकों के लिए fund 1,000 करोड़ की घोषणा की
राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने बुधवार को राज्य विधानसभा में 2019-20 के लिए 2 लाख 32 हजार 944 करोड़ एक लाख रुपये का बजट पेश किया। इसमें 27 हजार 14 करोड़ 97 लाख रुपये का राजस्व घाटा तथा 32 हजार 678 करोड़ 34 लाख रुपये का राजकोषीय घाटा है। बजट में किसानों और युवाओं पर फोकस रखा गया। सीएम ने विभिन्न सरकारी विभागों में 75 हजार पदों पर भर्तियों की घोषणा के साथ ही किसानों के लिए 1000 करोड़ रुपये का किसान कल्याण कोष बनाने की बात भी कही।
इसी तरह ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर नंदी गाय आश्रयों की स्थापना, राजस्थान से पाकिस्तान जाने वाले पानी को रोकने के लिए योजना बनाने की घोषणा भी की गई है। दिल्ली की तर्ज पर मोहल्ला व गली जनता क्लीनिक खोले जाने, मुख्यमंत्री निशुल्क दवा योजना में 104 प्रकार की दवाइयां सरकारी अस्पतालों में फ्री वितरित करने, नवजात बालिकाओं को "इंदिरा प्रियदर्शिनी बेबीकिट" दिए जाने का प्रावधान भी बजट में किया गया है।
5- Deposits in Jan Dhan accounts cross ₹1 lakh crore mark
Deposits in bank accounts opened under Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) have crossed the ₹1 lakh crore mark. As per the Finance Ministry, the total balance in over 36.06 crore Jan Dhan accounts was at ₹1,00,495.94 crore as on July 3. The PMJDY was launched to provide universal access to banking facilities to the people in the country.
जन धन खातों में जमा धन 1 लाख करोड़ के पार
प्रधानमंत्री जन धन योजना (पीएमजेडीवाई) के तहत खोले गए बैंक खातों में जमा राशि 1 लाख करोड़ के पार पहुंच गई है। वित्त मंत्रालय के अनुसार, 3 जुलाई को 36.06 करोड़ से अधिक जन धन खातों में कुल शेष राशि 1,00,495.94 करोड़ थी। पीएमजेडीवाई देश में लोगों को बैंकिंग सुविधा प्रदान करने के लिए शुरू की गई थी।
