President Ram Nath Kovind has appointed Rajya Sabha member Anusuiya Uikey as Governor of Chhattisgarh and Biswa Bhushan Harichandan appointed as Governor of Andhra Pradesh. Anusuiya Uikey is a sitting member of Rajya Sabha.

राष्ट्रपति राम नाथ कोविंद ने राज्यसभा सदस्य अनुसुइया उइके को छत्तीसगढ़ का राज्यपाल और बिस्वा भूषण हरिचंदन को आंध्र प्रदेश का राज्यपाल नियुक्त किया है। अनुसूइया उइके राज्यसभा की सदस्य हैं। अनुसुइया उइके को छत्तीसगढ़ का राज्यपाल नियुक्त किया गया है।
2- Amazon launches 'JEE Ready' app, enters edtech space in India
American e-commerce giant Amazon has entered the edtech sector in India with the launch of an IIT-JEE exam preparation app called 'JEE Ready'. The JEE Ready app is currently in its beta testing phase and available only on Android devices. Amazon has reportedly partnered with coaching institutes to prepare 'All India Mock Test' to be offered in the app.

अमेरिकी ई-कॉमर्स कंपनी अमेजन ने आईआईटी-जेईई परीक्षा तैयारी एप के लॉन्च के साथ भारत में एडटेक सेक्टर में प्रवेश किया है, जिसका नाम 'जेईई रेडी’ है। जेईई रेडी ऐप वर्तमान में अपने बीटा परीक्षण चरण में है और केवल एंड्रॉइड डिवाइस पर उपलब्ध है। अमेज़न ने ऐप के 'ऑल इंडिया मॉक टेस्ट' को तैयार करने के लिए कोचिंग संस्थानों के साथ भागीदारी की है।
3- Kailash Gahlot appointed as Delhi's environment minister
Delhi Law Minister Kailash Gahlot has been given an additional charge of the Environment, Forest and Wildlife Department. Imran Hussain, who previously held the department, will now have Food and Supply and Election portfolios. Gahlot also has Revenue, Transport, IT and Administrative Reforms portfolios.

4- LVMH boss Bernard Arnault overtakes Bill Gates as world's second-richest person: Bloomberg Report
Bill Gates is no longer the world's second-richest person. That title now belongs to French billionaire Bernard Arnault. Arnault, the CEO of luxury goods maker LVMH (LVMHF), overtook Gates the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. It's the first time since the index was created seven years ago that Gates has dropped out of the top two.
Indian businessman Mukesh Ambani ranks 13th in the list (and top among Indians).

5- Delhi to host ISSF World Cup from March 15 to 26 next year
International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) approved dates for the 2020 ISSF World Cup, which will be conducted in Delhi. The World Cup which involves events in rifle, pistol and shotgun will be held from March 15 to 26, 2020.
दिल्ली अगले साल 15 से 26 मार्च तक आईएसएसएफ विश्व कप की मेजबानी करेगा
इंटरनेशनल शूटिंग स्पोर्ट फेडरेशन (ISSF) ने 2020 ISSF विश्व कप के लिए तारीखों को मंजूरी दे दी। यह दिल्ली में आयोजित किया जाएगा।इस विश्व कप में राइफल, पिस्टल और शॉटगन में इवेंट शामिल हैं और इसे 15 से 26 मार्च, 2020 तक आयोजित किया जायेगा।
6- Rohit Sharma 3rd Indian to score most runs in a World Cup edition
India opener Rohit Sharma ended 2019 World Cup as the highest run-scorer with 648 runs in nine innings. The 32-year-old became the third Indian to end a World Cup edition as the top run-getter after Sachin Tendulkar (1996, 2003) and Rahul Dravid (1999). Rohit was followed by Australia opener David Warner, who scored 647 runs in the 2019 World Cup.
