1- In Commonwealth Table Tennis Championship held in Cuttack, India made a record by winning gold in both men’s and women’s category. The Indian men won the final match defeating England 3-2. The Indian women team defeated England 3-0 in final match. The Indian women team won the gold for the first time in the history in the commonwealth games.

2-India's long-distance runner Sanjivani Yadav has been handed a two-year suspension by the IAAF's Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) for a doping violation. The 23-year-old athlete won the 10,000m bronze at the 2019 Asian Championships and 5000m bronze in the 2017 edition.
भारत के लंबी दूरी के धावक संजीवनी यादव को डोपिंग उल्लंघन के लिए IAAF की एथलेटिक्स इंटीग्रिटी यूनिट (AIU) द्वारा दो साल का निलंबन सौंपा गया है। 23 वर्षीय एथलीट ने 2019 एशियाई चैंपियनशिप में 10,000 मीटर का कांस्य और 2017 संस्करण में 5000 मीटर कांस्य जीता।

4- Aishwarya Pratap Singh, having set a junior world record in men's rifle three-position, performed brilliantly on the last day of the championship and took the gold medal in her name. In this tournament, India has so far won 24 medals including 10 gold, 9 rataj and five bronze medals.

5- In Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur received the 'Victory Flame' at Mandi that illuminated from the National WarMemorial, New Delhi on July, 14 to mark the 20th anniversary of the Kargil Vijay Diwas. During the Kargil war, 52 martyrs of Himachal Pradesh sacrificed their lives, which included 12 jawans of Mandi district.
14 जुलाई को देश के रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने दिल्ली से कारगिल के लिए रवाना हुई कारगिल विजय ज्योति शुक्रवार को हिमाचल की छोटी काशी के नाम से विख्यात मंडी पहुंची। मंडी शहर के ऐतिहासिक सेरी मंच पर सीएम जयराम ठाकुर ने विजय ज्योति का स्वागत किया।करगिल युद्ध के दौरान हिमाचल प्रदेश के 52 रणबांकुरों ने अपने प्राणों की आहूति दी थी, जिसमें मंडी जिला के 12 जवान शामिल थे।
6- Indian Army has successfully carried out summer user trials of third Generation Anti-Tank Guided Missile- NAG at Pokhran Field Firing Ranges in Rajasthan. The trials of NAG missile developed by Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) were conducted between 7th to 18th of this month.
डीआरडीओ (DRDO) की स्वदेशी रूप से विकसित तीसरी पीढ़ी के एंटी टैंक गाइडेड मिसाइल (ATGM) नाग का सफल परीक्षण किया गया। पोखरण फील्ड फायरिंग रेंज में भारतीय सेना द्वारा 7-18 जुलाई 2019 तक सफलतापूर्वक समर ट्रायल चला।
7- Senior diplomat Sanjeev Kumar Singla has been appointed as the next Indian Ambassador to Israel. Upender Singh Rawat has been named as the Indian Ambassador to the Republic of Panama.
वरिष्ठ राजनयिक संजीव कुमार सिंगला को इस्राइल का अगला भारतीय राजदूत नियुक्त किया गया है। वह पवन कपूर की जगह लेंगे। उपेंद्र सिंह रावत को पनामा गणराज्य में भारतीय राजदूत के रूप में नामित किया गया है।
8-Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will lay wreath at Kargil War Memorial in Dras in Jammu and Kashmir on the occasion of 20th anniversary of operation Vijay. Mr Singh will also dedicate two bridges to the nation, built by Border Roads Organisation at Ujh in Kathua district and Basantar in Samba district.

10- WEF Centre, Telangana govt set to send medical supplies via drones Telangana Government and the World Economic Forum's Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Network has announced that they are set to launch an innovative project to deliver emergency medical supplies such as blood and vaccines via drones. This pilot project is called 'Medicine from the Sky', will run in partnership with the State Government and HealthNet Global Limited.
