1- Indian sprinter Hima Das,also known as Dhing Express has won a gold medal in the 400-meter race with a season-best time of 52.09 seconds at Nove Mesto in the Czech Republic. It's her 5th gold of July month.
इंडियन स्प्रिंटर हिमा दास (जिन्हें ढींग एक्सप्रेस के नाम से भी जाना जाता है) ने चेक गणराज्य के नोव मेस्टो में सीज़न-सर्वश्रेष्ठ समय (52.09 सेकंड) के साथ 400 मीटर दौड़ में स्वर्ण पदक जीता है। यह जुलाई महीने में हिमा का 5 वां गोल्ड है।
2- Indian bodybuilder Ravinder Kumar Malik has clinched Mr. South Asia title. He has been crowned the overall champion at 12th South Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship in Kathmandu.
भारतीय बॉडी बिल्डर रविंदर कुमार मलिक ने मिस्टर साउथ एशिया का खिताब जीता है। उन्हें काठमांडू में 12 वीं दक्षिण एशियाई बॉडीबिल्डिंग और फिजिक स्पोर्ट्स चैंपियनशिप में चैंपियन का ताज पहनाया गया है।
3- Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflow has increased during the last six years from 36.05 billion US Dollars in 2013-14 to 64.38 billion US Dollars in 2018-19, registering a growth of 79 per cent. This information has been provided by the Commerce Ministry.

4- The Eleventh biennial edition of DefExpo India - 2020 is scheduled to be held for the first time in Uttar Pradesh capital Lucknow in February 2020.
DefExpo India - 2020 का ग्यारहवां द्विवार्षिक संस्करण पहली बार उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ में फरवरी 2020 में आयोजित जायेगा।
5-The President Of India has appointed Governors for six states. Madhya Pradesh Governor Anandi Ben Patel will now be the new Governor of Uttar Pradesh while Lal Ji Tandon, who is the Governor of Bihar, has been shifted to Madhya Pradesh. Phagu Chauhan will be the Governor of Bihar replacing Lal Ji Tandon. Jagdeep Dhankhar has been appointed as the new Governor of West Bengal while Ramesh Bais is the Tripura Governor. R.N.Ravi will be the new Governor of Nagaland.

7- Sheila Dikshit, the three-time chief minister of Delhi and senior Congress leader, passed away on Saturday afternoon after a prolonged illness at the age of 81. Sheila Dikshit was the longest-reigning chief minister of Delhi, serving for 15 years from 1998 to 2013.
दिल्ली की तीन बार की मुख्यमंत्री और वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता शीला दीक्षित का 81 साल की उम्र में लंबी बीमारी के बाद शनिवार दोपहर को निधन हो गया। शीला दीक्षित 1998 से 2013 तक 15 साल तक दिल्ली की सबसे लंबे समय तक शासन करने वाली मुख्यमंत्री रहीं।
8- Delhi Police Commissioner Amulya Patnaik launched the new e-challan system and the e-payment gateway for the use of Delhi Traffic Police. The E-challan devices are enabled with active GPS where the challaning officer and the violator, both can be logged and tracked to a particular geo-location. This is an important tool for evidence to establish the credibility of the prosecution.
