2- Veteran Gujarati journalist Kanti Bhatt passes away
Veteran Gujarati journalist, author and columnist Kanti Bhatt passed away in Mumbai. He was 88. Kanti Bhatt was born on 15th July 1931 in Sachra village in the erstwhile Bhavnagar state of Gujarat. He also worked as journalist, writer, columnist and editor in various Gujarati publications like Chitralekha, Mumbai Samachar, Janshakti, Sandesh, Yuva Darshan, Jansatta, Vyapar and Abhiyan.
वयोवृद्ध गुजराती पत्रकार कांति भट्ट का निधन
वयोवृद्ध गुजराती पत्रकार, लेखक और स्तंभकार कांति भट्ट का मुंबई में निधन। वह 88 वर्ष के थे। कांति भट्ट का जन्म 15 जुलाई 1931 को गुजरात के भावनगर राज्य के सचरा गाँव में हुआ था। उन्होंने चित्रलेखा, मुंबई समचार, जनशक्ति, संध्या, युवा दर्शन, जनसत्ता, व्यपार और अभय जैसे विभिन्न गुजराती प्रकाशनों में पत्रकार, लेखक, स्तंभकार और संपादक के रूप में भी काम किया।
3- Arunachal Pradesh Home Minister Bamang Felix flags off riot control vehicle 'Vajra'
Arunachal Pradesh State Home Minister Bamang Felix flagged of Five Anti-Riot police vehicle, also known as Vajra, from Police Headquarter in Itanagar. This is the first set of anti-riot vehicles introduced in the state police department. Vajra is a protected vehicle used by the police forces during riots and civil unrest.

अरुणाचल प्रदेश राज्य के गृह मंत्री बमांग फेलिक्स ने इटानगर में पुलिस मुख्यालय से पांच विरोधी दंगा पुलिस वाहनों 'वज्र' को हरी झंडी दिखाई । यह राज्य पुलिस विभाग में शुरू किए गए दंगा विरोधी वाहनों का पहला सेट है। वज्र एक संरक्षित वाहन है जिसका उपयोग पुलिस बलों द्वारा दंगों और नागरिक अशांति के दौरान किया जाता है।
4- Cricket commentator Anant Setalvad passes away
Cricket commentator Anant Setalvad has passed away in Mumbai. He was in his mid-80s. Setalvad had started his radio commentary stint in the pre-TV days and had shared the mike with the likes of former Test opener and ex-selection panel chief Vijay Merchant on All India Radio. He used to draw pictures of the game's progress on airwaves with his fine command of the English language.

क्रिकेट कमेंटेटर अनंत शीतलवाड का मुंबई में निधन हो गया है। वह अपने 80 दशक के मध्य में थे। शीतलवाड ने टीवी के पूर्व दिनों में अपने रेडियो कमेंटरी की शुरुआत की थी और ऑल इंडिया रेडियो पर पूर्व टेस्ट सलामी बल्लेबाज और पूर्व चयन पैनल के प्रमुख विजय मर्चेंट के साथ माइक साझा किया था। वह अंग्रेजी भाषा के अपनी अच्छी पकड़ के साथ एयरवेव पर खेल का बेहतरीन तरीके से व्याख्यान करते थे।
5- Vinesh Phogat wins third successive gold in 53kg
Star India grappler Vinesh Phogat has bagged gold in women's 53kg category of the Poland Open wrestling tournament in Warsaw. The 24-year-old prevailed 3-2 over local wrestler Roksana in the final of the competition. This was her third consecutive gold in the 53 kg category after winning Gold at Grand Prix of Spain and at the Yasar Dogu International at Istanbul, Turkey last month.

भारत की स्टार महिला पहलवान, विनेश फोगट ने वारसॉ में पोलैंड ओपन कुश्ती टूर्नामेंट के 53 किलोग्राम वर्ग में स्वर्ण पदक जीता है। 24 वर्षीय खिलाड़ी ने इस प्रतियोगिता के फाइनल में स्थानीय पहलवान रोकसाना से 3-2 से जीत हासिल की। पिछले महीने स्पेन के ग्रांड प्रिक्स और इस्तांबुल में यासर डोगू इंटरनेशनल में गोल्ड जीतने के बाद 53 किलोग्राम वर्ग में यह उनका लगातार तीसरा स्वर्ण था।
