1- Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has inaugurated ‘26th Ladakhi Kisan Jawan Vigyan Mela’ organised by Defence Institute of High Altitude Research (DIHAR) in Leh. DIHAR is a research unit of DRDO in Ladakh. It is helping the farmers in revolutionising the Agriculture in cold desert region Ladakh.
रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने लेह में डिफेंस इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ हाई एल्टीट्यूड रिसर्च (DIHAR) द्वारा आयोजित '26 वें लद्दाखी किसान विज्ञान मेले ’का उद्घाटन किया है। DIHAR लद्दाख में DRDO की एक अनुसंधान इकाई है। यह ठंडे रेगिस्तानी क्षेत्र लद्दाख में कृषि की क्रांति में किसानों की मदद कर रहा है।
2- Government has notified 63 provisions of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 2019 including the ones dealing with enhanced penalties for various traffic offences. The new clauses will come into effect from 1st of September.The 63 clauses deal with penalties, licences, registration and National Transport Policy among others.
सरकार ने मोटर वाहन संशोधन अधिनियम 2019 के 63 प्रावधानों को अधिसूचित किया है, जो विभिन्न यातायात अपराधों के लिए बढ़े हुए दंड से संबंधित हैं। नई धाराएं 1 सितंबर से लागू होंगी। 63 क्लॉज़ दंड, लाइसेंस, पंजीकरण और राष्ट्रीय परिवहन नीति से संबंधित हैं।

4- The 25th Senior Women’s National Football Championship will be held in Arunachal Pradesh for the first time from September 10 to 24 this year. The tournament will be held in the oldest town of the state Pasighat in East Siang District. A total of 30 teams from across the country will participate in the tournament.
25 वीं सीनियर महिला राष्ट्रीय फुटबॉल चैम्पियनशिप इस वर्ष 10 से 24 सितंबर तक पहली बार अरुणाचल प्रदेश में आयोजित की जाएगी। टूर्नामेंट पूर्वी सियांग जिले के पासीघाट के सबसे पुराने शहर में आयोजित किया जाएगा। टूर्नामेंट में देश भर की कुल 30 टीमें भाग लेंगी।
5- Elavenil Valarivan won a Gold medal at the Shooting World Cup in Rio de Janeiro in the 10m air rifle category with 251.7 points in the final. This is the 20-year-old Elavenil's first senior World Cup gold medal.
एलावेनिल वलारिवन ने फाइनल में 251.7 अंकों के साथ 10 मीटर एयर राइफल श्रेणी में रियो डी जनेरियो में शूटिंग विश्व कप में स्वर्ण पदक जीता। यह 20 वर्षीय एलावेनिल का पहला वरिष्ठ विश्व कप स्वर्ण पदक है।
6- The national carrier Air India will ban the usage of plastic. The first phase will see ban being imposed on the pollutant in Air India Express and Alliance Air flights starting the 2nd of October.
राष्ट्रीय वाहक एयर इंडिया प्लास्टिक के उपयोग पर प्रतिबंध लगाएगा। पहले चरण में एयर इंडिया एक्सप्रेस और एलायंस एयर की उड़ानों में 2 अक्टूबर से यह प्रतिबंध लगाया जाएगा।
7- The Indian Ministry of External Affairs has appointed Pavan Kapoor as India’s next Ambassador to the UAE. Kapoor has served in different capacities in the Indian Missions in Moscow, Kyiv, London and Geneva.
भारतीय विदेश मंत्रालय ने पवन कपूर को यूएई में भारत का अगला राजदूत नियुक्त किया है। कपूर ने मास्को, कीव, लंदन और जेनेवा में भारतीय मिशनों में सेवा की है।
8- The Bimal Jalan panel of the Reserve Bank has recommended that the revised economic capital framework, under which the RBI decided to transfer Rs 52,637 crore excess provisions to the government, be reviewed every five years.
रिज़र्व बैंक के बिमल जालान पैनल ने सिफारिश की है कि संशोधित आर्थिक पूंजी ढांचे, जिसके अंतर्गत आरबीआई ने सरकार को 52,637 करोड़ रुपये के अतिरिक्त प्रावधान हस्तांतरित करने का फैसला किया है, की हर पांच साल में समीक्षा की जाएगी।
