2-World Bank to provide Rs 3,000 crore aid for food parks
Union Minister of State for Food Processing Industries Rameswar Teli informed that the World Bank will provide three thousand crore rupees assistance to finance, mini and mega food parks across the country.
This will help boost farmers' income.

केंद्रीय खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग राज्य मंत्री रामेश्वर तेली ने बताया कि विश्व बैंक देश भर में वित्त, मिनी और मेगा फूड पार्कों के लिए तीन हजार करोड़ रुपये की सहायता देगा।
इससे किसानों की आय बढ़ाने में मदद मिलेगी।
3- Arunachal Pradesh: Resurfaced runway inaugurated at Vijaynagar Advanced Landing Ground
In Arunachal Pradesh, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief Eastern Air Command Air Marshal R D Mathur and General Officer Commanding-in-Chief Eastern Command jointly inaugurated the resurfaced runway at Vijaynagar Advanced Landing Ground in Changlang District. This has re-established the military transport aircraft connectivity at this Eastern most hamlet of India.
The airfield is important not only for the local administration in extending their reach to the residents of this remote area but also crucial from a strategic point of view. The Advance Landing Ground (ALG) will assist in the effective management of borders with Myanmar and facilitate launch of joint operations by Indian Army and Air Force for the defence of the Vijaynagar salient.

अरुणाचल प्रदेश में, एयर ऑफिसर कमांडिंग-इन-चीफ ईस्टर्न एयर कमांड एयर मार्शल आर डी माथुर और जनरल ऑफिसर कमांडिंग-इन-चीफ ईस्टर्न कमांड ने संयुक्त रूप से चांगला जिले के विजयनगर एडवांस्ड लैंडिंग ग्राउंड पर पुनर्निर्मित रनवे का उद्घाटन किया। इसने भारत के इस सबसे पूर्वी हिस्से में सैन्य परिवहन विमान संपर्क को फिर से स्थापित किया है।
हवाई क्षेत्र न केवल स्थानीय प्रशासन के लिए इस दूरस्थ क्षेत्र के निवासियों तक अपनी पहुंच बढ़ाने में महत्वपूर्ण है, बल्कि सामरिक दृष्टिकोण से भी महत्वपूर्ण है। एडवांस्ड लैंडिंग ग्राउंड (ALG), म्यांमार के साथ सीमाओं के प्रभावी प्रबंधन में सहायता करेगा और विजयनगर की सुरक्षा के लिए भारतीय सेना और वायु सेना द्वारा संयुक्त अभियान शुरू करने की सुविधा प्रदान करेगा।
4- Ooty to host 2nd flower festival during North East Monsoon
Udhagamandalam - Ooty - in Tamilnadu will be hosting the second flower festival of the year during the North-East Monsoon in October and November. Preparatory works for the elaborate exhibition of colourful and fragrant flowers have started in the famous Botanical Gardens in Udhagamandalam.
More than eighty five exotic varieties, including predominantly English flowers like Dahlia, Merigold, Calentula and Daisy will be exhibited during the festival.
उत्तर पूर्व मानसून के दौरान दूसरे पुष्प-उत्सव की मेजबानी करेगा ऊटी
उधगमंडलम - ऊटी - तमिलनाडु में अक्टूबर और नवंबर में पूर्वोत्तर मानसून के दौरान वर्ष के दूसरे फूल उत्सव की मेजबानी करेगा। उधगमंडलम में प्रसिद्ध बॉटनिकल गार्डन में रंगीन और सुगंधित फूलों की विस्तृत प्रदर्शनी के लिए तैयारी शुरू हो गई है।
त्यौहार के दौरान मुख्य रूप से अंग्रेजी फूलों जैसे डहलिया, मेरीगोल्ड, कैलेंटुला और डेज़ी सहित अस्सी से अधिक विदेशी किस्में प्रदर्शित की जाएंगी।
