1- Vaishno Devi shrine in Jammu and Kashmir has been declared as the 'Best Swachh Iconic' place in the country in the 'Swachh Iconic Places' list released by Jal Shakti Ministry. It was adjudged on the basis of overall improvement in sanitation. Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) in Mumbai has also been named as the 'Best Swachh Iconic' place.
जम्मू-कश्मीर में वैष्णो देवी तीर्थस्थल को जल शक्ति मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी की गई स्वच्छ प्रतिष्ठित स्थानों 'सूची में देश में सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्वच्छ आइकोनिक' के रूप में घोषित किया गया है। यह स्वच्छता में समग्र सुधार के आधार पर घोषित किया गया था। मुंबई में छत्रपति शिवाजी टर्मिनस (सीएसटी) को भी 'सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्वच्छ आइकोनिक' के रूप में नामित किया गया है।

3- India will have its own pavilion called the India Lounge with the support of the Roscongress Foundation at the 5th Eastern Economic Forum. The lounge will serve as a platform to demonstrate investment opportunities in the Far East, promote Indian investments in the region, and attract Russian investors to the growing economy of India.

4- Union Cabinet has approved a proposal of recapitalisation plan of IDBI bank with a one time infusion of Rs. 9000 crore. This recapitalisation will be done by the government of India and LIC.
केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने 9000 करोड़ रुपये (एकमुश्त)के साथ IDBI बैंक के पुनर्पूंजीकरण योजना के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है। यह पुनर्पूंजीकरण भारत सरकार और LIC द्वारा किया जाएगा।
5- Chief Election Commissioner Sunil Arora assumed Chairmanship of Association of World Election Bodies, AWEB for the term 2019-21 as India takes over the Chair from Romania.
मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त सुनील अरोड़ा ने एसोसिएशन ऑफ वर्ल्ड इलेक्शन बॉडीज (AWEB) की अध्यक्षता का पदभार 2019-21 के लिए संभाला। इस बार क्योंकि भारत को रोमानिया से अध्यक्ष का पद स्थानांतरित हुआ है।
