3- Agriculture and Farmer Welfare Minister Narendra Singh Tomar launched two agriculture-related Mobile Applications - CHC Farm Machinery and Krishi Kisan in New Delhi.The Custom Hiring Service Centers or CHC App will allow farmers to avail the custom hiring services of CHCs located in the radius of 50 Kilometers.
कृषि और किसान कल्याण मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर ने नई दिल्ली में कृषि संबंधी दो मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन सीएचसी फार्म मशीनरी और कृषि किसान लॉन्च किए। कस्टम हायरिंग सर्विस सेंटर या सीएचसी ऐप किसानों को सीएचसी 50 किलोमीटर के दायरे में स्थित कस्टम हायरिंग सेवाओं का लाभ उठाने की अनुमति देगा।
4- Family pension for Central govt employee dying within 7 years of service hiked from 30 to 50%. The government has amended Rule 54 of the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972 by a notification. The amendment will be effective from 1st of October 2019.
सरकार ने सीसीएस (पेंशन) नियम, 1972 के नियम 54 में संशोधन किया है । इसके अनुसार एक सरकारी कर्मचारी जिसकी मृत्यु सेवाकाल के 7 वर्षों के भीतर हो जाती है, के परिवार को अब 10 साल की अवधि के लिए अंतिम वेतन के 50 प्रतिशत की बढ़ी हुई दर पर पारिवारिक पेंशन प्रदान की जाएगी। यह संशोधन 1 अक्टूबर 2019 से प्रभावी होगा।
5- To support renewable energy, India has gifted 193 solar panels to the United Nations (UN). These solar panels are for each of UN’s 193 member nations. These panels have been valued at $1 million.

7- Veteran cricketer Madhav Apte passed away in Mumbai. He was 86. He was the first Indian opener to aggregate over 400 runs in a Test series.
दिग्गज क्रिकेटर माधव आप्टे का मुंबई में निधन हो गया। वह 86 वर्ष के थे। वह एक टेस्ट श्रृंखला में 400 से अधिक रन बनाने वाले पहले भारतीय सलामी बल्लेबाज थे।
8- Election Commission has appointed former Indian Revenue Service officers Madhu Mahajan and B Murali Kumar as Special Expenditure Observers for ensuing Maharashtra Assembly elections.
