1- Panchayati Raj Minister confers National Panchayat Awards 2019
Minister of Panchayati Raj Narendra Singh Tomar conferred the national Panchayat Awards, 2019 in New Delhi. 246 Awards were given to awardee Panchayats and States in various categories for their best performance at different levels, including the delivery of services.
The Minister also launched an App called ‘Gram Manchitra’ which is a Geo-Spatial based decision support system for panchayats.

पंचायती राज मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर ने नई दिल्ली में राष्ट्रीय पंचायत पुरस्कार 2019 प्रदान किये। 246 पुरस्कार विभिन्न श्रेणियों में अपने सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन के लिए विभिन्न श्रेणियों में पंचायतों और राज्यों को सेवायें प्रदान करने के लिए दिए गए।
मंत्री ने ‘ग्राम मानचित्र’ नामक एक ऐप भी लॉन्च किया, जिसमे पंचायतों के लिए भू-स्थानिक आधारित निर्णय समर्थन प्रणाली भी उपलब्ध है।
2- Prakash Javadekar launches first national protocol to enumerate snow leopard population in India
Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change launched the first national protocol to enumerate the snow leopard population in the country on the occasion of International Snow Leopard Day. The Day is celebrated on October 23 every year to protect and conserve the snow leopards and preserve the beautiful wildlife of the Himalayas.
India is believed to have 400 to 700 snow leopards spread across Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. Poaching is a major threat for the snow leopards. Project Snow Leopard is an initiative of the Environment Ministry which aims to safeguard and conserve India's unique natural heritage of high altitude wildlife populations and their habitats by promoting conservation through participatory policies and actions.
प्रकाश जावड़ेकर ने भारत में हिम तेंदुए की आबादी को गणना करने के लिए पहला राष्ट्रीय प्रोटोकॉल शुरू किया
पर्यावरण, वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्रालय ने अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हिम तेंदुआ दिवस के अवसर पर देश में हिम तेंदुए की आबादी गणना के लिए पहला राष्ट्रीय प्रोटोकॉल शुरू किया। हिम तेंदुओं की रक्षा और संरक्षण के लिए प्रति वर्ष 23 अक्टूबर को यह दिवस मनाया जाता है।
माना जाता है कि भारत में हिमाचल प्रदेश, उत्तराखंड, सिक्किम, अरुणाचल प्रदेश, जम्मू और कश्मीर और लद्दाख में 400 से 700 हिम तेंदुए हैं। हिम तेंदुओं के लिए अवैध शिकार एक बड़ा खतरा है। प्रोजेक्ट स्नो लेपर्ड पर्यावरण मंत्रालय की एक पहल है जिसका उद्देश्य नीतियों और कार्यों के माध्यम से संरक्षण को बढ़ावा देकर भारत के उच्च ऊंचाई वाले वन्यजीव आबादी और उनके आवासों की अनूठी प्राकृतिक विरासत को संरक्षित और संरक्षित करना है। ।
3- Government hikes minimum support price of Rabi crops for 2020-21
The Union Cabinet has decided to hike Minimum Support Price, MSP, for Rabi crops for marketing season 2020-21.
MSP of wheat has been increased by 85 rupees per quintal to 1,925 rupees per quintal.
While MSP of Gram has been increased by 255 rupees, barley 85 rupees, mustard oil 225 rupees and sunflower 270 rupees per quintal.
सरकार 2020-21 के लिए रबी फसलों के न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य में बढ़ोतरी की
केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने विपणन सीजन 2020-21 के लिए रबी फसलों के लिए न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य, एमएसपी को बढ़ाने का फैसला किया है।
गेहूं का एमएसपी 85 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल बढ़ाकर 1,925 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल कर दिया गया है।
जबकि चने का एमएसपी 255 रुपये, जौ 85 रुपये, सरसों का तेल 225 रुपये और सूरजमुखी 270 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल बढ़ाया गया है।
