String of numbers is given as input. The further steps given are obtained by applying certain logic. Numbers of step II have been obtained by using at least 1 digit of each number in step I. Each step is a resultant of previous step only.
And Step IV is the last step of the arrangement the rearrangement as the desired arrangement is obtained. As per rules followed in the above steps, find out in each of the questions the appropriate step for the given input.

There are uncertain positions in a straight line. A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I and J are sitting in a straight line. Each of person has different height 3 feet, 4 feet, 5 feet, 6 feet, 6.1 feet, 7 feet, 7.9 feet, 8 feet, 8.1 feet and 9 feet, but not necessarily in the same order.
G is an either tallest or third tallest person. F is the second smallest person among them and is third from the one of the end. F is sitting left of A. The number of positions between F and the one whose height is 3 feet is same as the number of positions between D and the one whose height is 6 feet. The one whose height is 6.1 feet is sitting left of the one whose height is 5 feet. Less than five positions are there between I and D. The person whose height is 8.1 feet is fifth to the right of the one who is the smallest and is ninth to the left of the one who is fourth tallest. Only ten positions are between G and J. A is fifth to the right of J. B whose height is 7 feet is third to the right of G. More than two positions between G and C. Only two positions between B and H, whose height is 7.9 feet. The one whose height is 6 feet is fifth to the left of H. I is fourth to the right of E. D whose height is 9 feet is tenth from the right end of the line and is one of the immediate neighbour of H.
