Who is pro-actively revamping the railway 2016 proved to be more dangerous for trains than 2015, which had a low train collision and derailment in 2015. 65 people were killed in a different train accident but In 2016, nearly 150 people died in Indore-Patna Express alone. This one was the biggest railway accident in 2016. In 2016, there were 3 major train collisions as 20 Nov 2016, Indore-Patna express derailment, 28 Aug 2016, Thiruvananthapuram central-Manglor Central express derailed. 28 Dec 2016 Ajmer-Sealdah express derailed.
