For Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RDBS) and Manager in Grade ‘B’ (RDBS), the candidates will be selected through Prelims, Mains, and Interview round. Age Limit For NABARD Grade A/B (as on 01/07/2021)
Age Limit for NABARD Grade A: The candidate must be between 21 and 30 years of age as on 01-07-2021, i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1991 and not later than 01-07- 2000.
Age Limit for NABARD Officers in Grade ‘A’ (P & SS): Between 25 and 40 Years (no relaxation for any category). The candidates born not earlier than 02.07.1981 and not later than 01-07-1996 (Both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.
Age Limit for NABARD Grade B: The candidate must have attained the age of 25 yrs and must not have attained the age of 32 years as on 01-07-2021, i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1989 and not later than 01-07-1996).

Manager in Grade ‘B’ (RDBS)
Post Graduate degree in any subject from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate. Candidates should have a minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation and PG, MBA/PGDM at all levels OR a minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation, PG, and a professional degree, viz., CA/CS/ICWA OR a minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation, PG and Ph.D.
Experience: Minimum 03 years’ experience (SC/PWBD - 02 years) in related sectors viz., Banking, Finance, Agriculture & Allied and Rural Development is essential. Experience will be reckoned post minimum educational qualification (i.e. PG).
