 From (II) x = 11 - y

 y³ +121+ y² - 22y = 161

y²(y - 5) + 6y (y - 5) + 8 (y - 5) = 0

 (y² + 6y +8) (y - 5) = 0

(y + 4) (y + 2) (y - 5)= 0

Hence,

x = 13, 15, 6
